His hands trembled, heart pounding in his ears, as the tears began to fall—relentless, pouring down his face.

The weight of his mistake crashed over him like an unrelenting wave, drowning him in guilt.

His mind screamed in agony, Why? Why had he not trusted Taehyung?

The burning sensation in his chest was almost unbearable, the raw ache of betrayal—not from Taehyung, but from his own blindness.

He yanked at his hair, desperate to rip the pain away, but nothing could numb the haunting images of Taehyung's eyes—those deep, blue eyes that were now pools of oceans and sorrow, forever etched into his memory.

Every tear that fell felt like a punishment, as if the universe itself was forcing him to feel the enormity of his mistake.

His breath hitched, and his sobs became uncontrollable. He was on the floor now, crumpled and broken, consumed by the overwhelming urge to fall at Taehyung's feet, to beg for forgiveness, to scream his sorrow.

But it was too late. The damage was done.

Jungkook's heart bled, and the silence around him seemed louder than any cry. The weight of his regret was suffocating, each tear a painful reminder of the love he had almost lost, of the trust he had almost destroyed.

He didn't care who saw him now; he didn’t care about anything but the one person who mattered—Taehyung.

Suddenly, his phone buzzed in his hand. Lost in his thoughts, he answered it without looking at the screen, pressing it to his ear.

A familiar voice spoke, gentle yet distant, "Hello, son."

The voice sent a shiver down Jungkook’s spine. His tears burst forth anew as he cried out, "Appa, why did you hurt my Tae Tae?"

The words spilled out, raw and anguished, like a child pleading for answers.

He had stopped talking to his father after that day,

His father had urged him to kick Taehyung out. But Jungkook shunned him, firmly stating that it was his matter to handle, and further forcing Jungkook to kick him out can result Jungkook breaking ties with his father.

But today, in the hurricane of his emotions, he found himself pouring everything out. The weight of his regrets was too heavy, the sins they had both committed too grave to keep inside.

"Appa, why did you injure him? Do you know how much it hurted him?" Jungkook’s voice cracked, laden with agony.

"But who am I to question you? I am the root of everything... Not once did I try to comfort him, to embrace him to ask him is it hurting a lot ? when he needed me most, i left him alone"

There was a moment of silence on the other end, only the sound of his father’s uneven breathing. Finally, the voice came, tinged with confusion and a twinge of guilt, "What are you talking about, son?"

Jungkook let out a bitter, hollow chuckle through his tears. "I became a father today, Appa," he said, his voice broken. "He gave birth to my son. The DNA report says I’m the father."
