I pull away from Luke and we smile at one another before we continue watching the movie and drinking our tea, once David got home I started cooking dinner, we take turns cooking, I'm making beef stroganoff tonight. David & Luke were in the living room having a chat about work, they both work at the same place, it's a warehouse that makes like desks & shit, I honestly don't know haha.

"Dinners ready!" I yell out as I pour three bowls and place the pan & utensils in the sink, the boys walk in and we all grab a bowl and sat at the dining table together "so how was your family thing?" David asks looking at Luke curiously "yeah Ashley ended up coming with me, we left early though cause my family were being dicks" Luke says in a bitter tone, David looks at me "that sucks but I'm glad you went out Ashley, did you have fun?" He asks smiling "yes, it was fun" I say softly as I keep my head down eating.

"The cafe down the road is hiring, I know you worked at one before, it might be good for you" David suggests supportively, I look up "that would actually be nice, thank you for letting me know" I say actually excited to work again "there's a girl he likes that works there" Luke says smirking, David glares at me "what's her name?" I ask curiously "Daisy, she's always leaving little hearts on his coffees and giving him free muffins" Luke says grinning "dude, shut up" David says throwing a fork at him.

"That's cute, David, why didn't you want to tell me?" I ask frowning "cause if you work there, your gonna get involved and might make her think I'm a weirdo or something that got my sister to get a job with her so that I can get her number or something" He explains sounding annoyed "why would I get involved in your love life?, you wouldn't do that to me" I said rolling my eyes "you don't have a love life" he snorts smirking at me.

I stick my finger up at him "well from what it sounds like neither do you so shut up" I say sticking my tongue out at him, Luke wasn't really showing much of an expression at this point "have you even had a boyfriend?" David asks raising an eyebrow at me, I stand up and put my empty bowl in the sink "I had one, lasted 2 weeks cause he tried to sleep with mum" I said shrugging not really caring "yuck" they both said together "I cooked, so one of you get to do dishes, I'm gonna go lay down" I murmur walking out and to my room.

I leave the door slightly open as I lay on my bed staring at the ceiling, I sit up when my door creaks and David walks in, he shut the door behind him and sat beside me "I think Luke liked spending time with you, it's been awhile since I've seen him smile so much, he told me he's going with you to the library tomorrow, he's gotta like you if he's willing to go there" David says amused "David, I'm not getting involved in your business so don't start poking your nose into mine, I don't know what's going to happen but I like spending time with him as well" I say softly as I smile.

"Just see what happens I guess, I'll see you in the morning, goodnight Ash" He says standing up "goodnight" I murmur laying back down as he leaves shutting the door behind him. I lay there for abit just thinking before finally drifting off to sleep.
