Chapter 7: Zai the Ninja

A/N: Sorry if this sucks but Zai is NinjagoObsessed's character, not mine so, you know... I'm doing the best I can with the few information I have.

Zane's P.O.V.

How much more weird this weekend could become? A physco, an new ninja, elemental masters, I have an older sister, and she is an elemental master. Anything else?! ...wow I sound so Jayish.

— Soo, Zane, how you've been? —Zai asked.

— Uh, um great —I said.

— Nice, it's good to know that my lil bro had a good life —she smiled.

— And how old were you when Dr. Julien built Zane? —Kai asked.

— 2 years old —she said—is a hard and painful story...

— But you didn't care about me —I whisper.

— What? —the girls said.

— Y-YOU ABANDON ME, AND OUR FATHER! DID YOU EVEN CARED ABOUT ME?! —I scream.

— ZANE! —they all gasped. I don't blame them, but I'm invaded by rage now.

— Z-zane I-I didn't uhhh —she stammered.

— I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOU! I-I UGH! —I scream.

Zai run to her house... crying....

— Zai wait! Zane! She left because it was that or risking your and your father's lives! —Paty shout, run to Zai.

 —Wow, Zane do you feel alright? —Kai asked.

— You're not like this —Lloyd said.

— You're a nice guy —Jay compliment, trying to cheer me up.

— Yeah men, what's got into you? —Cole asked.

—  I-I don't know, but she delete my memories of her, and left, I guess I was invaded by rage —I said.

— We have to fix this, her power could be a good help —Kai smiled.

— And I need to apology with my sister —I said.

The same way it came, the rage left, to be replaced by a warm sensation of love for my sister.

We found the girls after a few minutes. Zai was crying and Paty was hugging her.

— Zai, I-I'm so sorry... C-could you forgive me?

— Yes Zane —Zai said, smiling.

— But I need to know... why you left? why you make me forget you?

— To protect you. But the story is way more complicated. When I was 2 years old, my mom got pregnant, of a baby-boy. He's name was going to be Zane. But she died when I was still 2, so did the baby. Our dad, never get over it, and get depressed, so I gave him the idea to build you. I was joking, but he did, and I got really happy of having a young brother. Mom, mom since she was a witch and our dad is mortal, I inherited her powers I'm half-witch half- mortal, but everyone want my power. So dad and I decide that I should disappear, but I didn't want you to miss me, so, yes, I took your memories. But just to be safe  he binded my powers when I was little with one of my mom's potions. I would be safe from demons that wanted my powers. Which I got them back when now that I'm 16. It was hard for a 7 year old girl but...

— Wow, I didn't knew that, I'm san idiot —I said.

— Maybe just a little —Paty joked.

— Haha good one —Jay chuckled. They bump their fist.

— But I still have a question —I said.

— What is it? —Zai asked.

— If you are older than me for 2 years, how is posible that I look older than you? —I asked.

— Oh, haha, well that's simple. Our father build you to be able to grow up.  But he built with the body of a 6 year old kid, so you look 4 year older —she said. And we hugged.

— Let's go —Lloyd said.

We arrived. And I introduced Zai, Sensei Wu aske who he was, and Jay resumed the day.

— Well then feel this like your home Zai —Sensei Wu said.

— Thanks —my sister said.

— Thanks Mr. Wu —Paty added.

— Call me Sensei —he said—  Paty, tomorrow we began you training, in the morning.

— Yes, um Sensei—Paty smiled.

— And Zai, you'll ve a great Silver Ninja, like your Mother —Sensei said— you are just like her...

— What? You knew her? —Zai asked.

— Yes, she (Master of Shadow) and your uncle (Master of Ice) —Sensei Wu said.

— Uncle? —Zai and Zane said at unison.

— With no descendant of himself she chose you and Zane to inheriet his powers.

— Huh? So I can control Ice too? —Zai asked. Sensei nodded.

—  So I can control Shadow? —Zane asked.

— No Zane, your mother died before your father built you so she couldn't choose to gave powers of Shadow to you.

Zai looked sad, it might be hard to process this, plus talking about her dead mother, might hurt as well.
