Chapter 29: Two Broken Hearts

Lloyd's P.O.V.

I feel like an... agh! Why did she did that? Why she had to save me and made me see how she suffered what was for me? Now, I'm riding a yak towards Stiix, to find a stupid scroll that will lead me to the tomb of my grandfather, with the HOPE to bring her back, while she is taking my place, suffering possesed in who know where, with a creep inside of her...

We've been following Zane since Kai lead us in the wrong direction, and all the way from the forest Zane, Cole, Erika, Jay and Zai have been singing, at first songs of Erika's or Zai's phone, but then someone had the "great" (sarcasm ON)idea of singing 100,000 bottles on the wall. At first it was fun, but now Kai and I have a headache, P.I.X.A.L. is just staring at them, perplexed that they've been singing for at least 2 hours at the top of their longs and still aren't tired. On the other hand, Zai and Erika are getting tired of singing so they rested face down on their yaks' back (still troubles with the other name...) and let them follow the group.

After a while the 2 girls fall asleep, and P.I.X.A.L. was dozing a bit, I forgot that the modifications that Dr. Julien made her, make her a bit more human, like her battery, that recharges itself when she "sleeps", just, not as constant as us. I guess sometimes she forgets it too, 'cause she rarely sleeps, like last night, she didn't sleep at all. Two hours later the 3 girls where in a deep sleep.

— Hey Lloyd, Erika looks cute while sleeping don't she?—Cole teased.

I felt how the heat invaded my cheeks. Of course she does, and to my eyes, even more, I've already saw her sleeping once, and I couldn't look away. But I know what he is doing, and 2 can play that game.

— Yeah, but what about Zai, she is pretty hot too, am I right?

— Oh snap!—Jay chuckled, as Cole turned a bright red.

— I don't know, maybe, P.I.X.A.L. is cute too right Zane?—Cole teased.

— Hey! Leave me out of these—Zane was already a crimson red.

— You guys are blushing so much now—Jay and Kai laughed.

— Jay, you shouldn't laugh, considering you have a crush on not one, but 2 girls of the whole team—Zane said, not as teasing but equally effective.

— Which reminds me... What about you Kai, you've never seem to love anyone, but yourself—I said.

— Hey I already had a girlfriends, like 5 before becoming a ninja—Kai said.

— But actually feel something for someone, like that need of being with her and protect her? —Cole asked.

— ...Just 2. And I called one mom, and the other sister—he replied after thinking about it.

— Heck are you serious?—Jay asked.

— Yes, and Jay can I ask you something?—Kai said.

— What do you exactly feel for Nya? I mean, you seem to have interest on her even before meeting her...

— A few months ago, I'd tell you that she was my world. Now, I'm not even close to know what I feel for her...

— It's for Paty isn't it?—Zane asked.

— I guess, but c'mon she is... heck I can't find a word good enough... but that won't happen—Jay said sadly.

— Why do you say that? —I asked.

— Nya showed me a video —he said handing a USB to Zane, he projected it, with a little help of the Falcon.
