Belle's pov
It had been more than 3 months since I had been missing. Nothing turned up on the news. Arnold was still on the news and they all looked up to him like an of hero or some shit. I thought it was pretty pathetic though. In our eyes, he was a coward, a low life, a piece of shit everyone had stepped on that drove him to insanity. A couple of minutes later, I heard Arnold walking towards the door.
"All right girls, I made a new place for you up in the attic so it won't get too cold for you guys!" Arnold said beaming down the stairs.
"What do you mean?" Bailey asked, "you never told us that you were even making a new place for us."
"Of course I did, I told Kylie about it, I thought she would've told you about it," he replied looking at Kylie as she sat at the table sipping her morning coffee.
"Why didn't you tell us about this?" I asked walking over to her.
"I thought it didn't matter, it's just moving to the attic."
"Are you serious?! We don't keep secrets from each other! We all tell each other everything, we don't hold back but since you think since you're daddy's little girl, that you keep things from us!? This is all you know! You don't know what it is like to have a normal life because you're not normal! This is all you've known! You don't have a family to go back to, we all do but it looks like we're stuck in this hell hole forever cause your family is fucking psycho!"
Everyone just stood there; shocked and breathless. Bailey looked at me horrified. "Belle! Shut up!" she told me then looked at Kylie, "I'm so sorry she said that, I have no idea why she would say that."
"It's fine. I understand how she feels and its true, right dad?"
Arnold just stood there amazed, he didn't even move an inch. He didn't even bother making eye contact with us. Kylie walked up to him and looked at him, eye-to-eye, still holding her coffee. She slammed the cup against the wall and tried to stab him in the eye with the broken handle. But he didn't take any risk and pulled his knife and stabbed her. Right in front of us. He stabbed her over and over again. Not in the same place. Anywhere he could, he just stabbed her non-stop. In the side, the stomach, legs, anywhere and everywhere he wanted to. I just zoned out and sat in the corner, covered my eyes and thought to myself, "if I kept my mouth, none of this would be happening. She'd be okay, she'd be alive and well. Not like her sister."
I should've kept my mouth shut, and maybe, just maybe, she'd be alive.
