Y/N strolled through the grocery store, humming a melody as she pushed her cart down the aisle. She had a mental list of things to grab, but her thoughts were filled with excitement for the upcoming game night with her friends.
"Okay, I need milk, snacks, and—a toothbrush!" Y/N murmured to herself, glancing at the personal care aisle. "Can't forget that! Don't want to scare anyone with my breath!"
She zigzagged down the aisles, cluelessly tossing items into her cart—some snacks here, a drink there—until she reached the personal care section. "Alright, toothbrush hunting!" she called out with a dorky grin.
As she browsed the choices, Y/N's attention was diverted toward a colorful display of products. Without thinking, she reached for a box on a low shelf, but as she pulled it from the shelf, she became distracted by her thoughts on dinner plans.
"Sure, what's a little scoop of drama for dinner?" she thought aloud as she placed the box into her cart.
Suddenly, she heard a voice nearby. "Are you Y/N? Noctem?"
She turned to see an excited fan, a wide-eyed teenager clutching their phone. "Can I get a picture with you?"
"Oh, of course!" Y/N responded, her face lighting up. "I'd be happy to!"
As the fan snapped a picture, they caught sight of the item in her cart and gasped dramatically. "No way! Are you really—"
Y/N, still oblivious to her mistake, smiled brightly. "Thanks for being a fan! I'm just here for some groceries!"
After the interaction concluded, Y/N continued to shop, heading to the checkout. She unloaded her items onto the counter, glancing at the cashier with a cheerful demeanor.
The cashier raised an eyebrow, looking between Y/N and the pregnancy test box nestled among the groceries. "Do you want to talk about this?" they asked playfully, amusement dancing in their eyes.
Y/N blinked, confusion painting her features. "What do you mean?"
One of the other customers nearby overheard and couldn't help but comment, "Wow, talk about a twist! Noctem's about to be a mom?"
Y/N's face paled as realization dawned. "Wait, that's—no! That's not what it looks like!" she protested, her voice rising in alarm, but it was too late.
The gossip spread like wildfire through the store. "Did you hear Y/N is pregnant? She's been hiding it!" another shopper said, pointing at her.
Y/N gaped, feeling heat rush to her cheeks. "No, wait! It was a mistake! I wasn't trying to—"
As she hurried out the store, the teenager who had taken her photo followed her outside, phone poised to snap more pictures. "This is going to blow up on social media!"
"Stop! That's not what it looks like!" Y/N exclaimed, trying to diffuse the situation.

Scene Transition: At the Bar
Later that evening, Y/N arrived at the bar where everyone had gathered for game night. She stepped inside, her cheeks still flushed from the earlier debacle, and instantly stampeded toward her friends.
Midoriya looked up as she entered, a smile on his face that quickly turned into concern. "Y/N, are you alright? We heard some rumors!"
"What rumors?" Y/N asked, feeling a wave of anxiety.
Ochako approached, all excitement. "Did you really think it was a good idea to buy a pregnancy test at the grocery store? It's all over Twitter!"
Kaminari burst out laughing, "Dude, everybody's talking about how Noctem is about to be a mom! This is the best twist ever!"
Y/N facepalmed, shaking her head vigorously. "No, no! It was a mistake! I meant to grab a toothbrush, I swear!"
Bakugo leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, trying to suppress smirks. "So you're telling me you're not pregnant? Boring!"
"Shut up!" Y/N retorted, feeling a mix of embarrassment and annoyance. "Everyone, please, stop spreading that! I'm not having a baby!"
"Aw, come on, it would have made for a great story!" Kirishima laughed, grinning.
As the laughter rang out, Shoto stayed quiet for a moment, his expression serious. "This is important. You should talk to your doctor if there's any question about it."
"Ugh, Shoto! I'm not pregnant!" Y/N insisted, hands thrown up in exasperation, but a smile was creeping back. "This whole thing was a comedic disaster, I swear!"
"Talk about a wild misunderstanding," Bakugo added, chuckling. "But it makes for a good story at least!"
As the teasing continued, the camaraderie among the group only reinforced Y/N's sense of belonging. She realized that, despite the mishaps, she was surrounded by friends who cared for her and could laugh alongside her.
"Let's just focus on the game night instead of my grocery confusion!" Y/N declared, ready to dive into the fun.
The group rallied around her, laughter echoing as they settled in for an evening filled with games, playful stories about misunderstandings, and merriment that reminded Y/N of just how great it felt to be part of this lively team.
Y/N Family saw the Post
Inside the Kurogane estate, Y/N's family sat in the elegant living room, murmurs of excitement echoing through the space. Y/N's brother, a smug grin on his face, scrolled through his phone, and bursts of laughter erupted as the posts about Y/N's supposed pregnancy flashed across the screen.
"Look at this! Noctem's going to be a mommy!" he exclaimed, showing the post to their parents. "Can you believe it? Mom's going to be a grandmother!"
"Shut up! She's not pregnant!" Y/N's stepmother snapped, a stern look on her face. "What kind of nonsense is this?"
But her brother continued, thoroughly entertained. "But look at the evidence! It's right there! She was holding a pregnancy test—everyone's talking about it!"
"I don't care what everyone is saying! Y/N knows better than to get caught up in stupid rumors," her stepmother said, concerned and frustrated.
"Please! This is way too funny," he chuckled, flicking through more comments. "I can just see Zero's face—he must be beside himself thinking he's going to be a dad!"
Y/N's father, seated in his armchair, looked up from his newspaper with a bemused expression. "If she is pregnant, that would make this entire clan a laughing stock. You know how ridiculous that would sound."
Just then, Zero, Y/N's ex-fiancé, entered the room. "What's all the commotion?" he said, attempting to sound casual, but his expression was eager with curiosity.
"Y/N's going to be a mother!" her brother declared, unable to contain his glee. "I can't believe she kept this from us! Zero, you must be thrilled to be a dad!"
Zero's eyes widened immediately, his heart racing at the thought. "What are you talking about?"
"Didn't you see the social media posts? Apparently, she has a pregnancy test in her bag," he retorted, practically doubling over with laughter.
"Y/N would never do such a foolish thing. That girl knows better than anyone," Zero argued, but the hint of confusion lingered in his tone. "That just... doesn't sound like her."
"She's probably been secretly seeing someone all this time," her brother teased. "And if it's Katsuki Bakugo, good luck to her! He's surely going to knock everyone's socks off!"
Y/N's brother continued to scroll through the social media posts, sending updates to family members about the growing buzz. "Look at this meme! Y/N is famous!"
"Honestly, some people just need to shut up," Zero finally said, a hint of annoyance creeping into his voice. "Y/N is strong, and her choices are hers alone. If she wants to be with someone, it's not up to us."
"Sure, sure. But you can't deny this is one entertaining mess," her brother chuckled, enjoying every moment of it.
