The days had turned into weeks since Y/N and Bakugo vanished during their mission. Shoto paced restlessly in the common room, his heart heavy with concern as he watched the twins play quietly with their toys, their innocent laughter a stark contrast to the weight on his shoulders.

"They're strong," he reminded his twins, trying to maintain a hopeful demeanor. "They will come back."

"But what if they don't, Daddy Shoto?" Ren asked, turning his gaze up to Shoto with wide, fearful eyes.

"They will," Shoto insisted firmly, though he felt a knot tightening in his stomach. He glanced at Toya, trying to reassure them both.

"Maybe we should look for them! I don't like waiting!" Toya said, his expression determined but clearly affected by the weight of their silence.

"I know you want to do something, but the agency is already searching. Let's just trust they're alright," Shoto said, sitting down beside them, his voice softening.

But the shadows of doubt loomed heavy over them, each passing moment stretching into eternity. As the twins began to tire, Shoto decided it was time for bed. "Alright, little ones. Let's get you settled."

Just as they headed to the bedroom, the door burst open loudly, and a gust of wind swept through the room. The unmistakable figure of Bakugo stumbled in, bruised and battered, with Y/N right behind him, looking equally disheveled but relieved.

"We're back!" Bakugo announced, though his usual bravado was tinged with exhaustion.

Y/N beamed at the sight of the twins. "Hey! You all missed us, right?" she joked, though her voice was slightly strained.

"Y/N and Katuski!" Shoto shouted, relief flooding through him as he rushed forward, encompassing Y/N in a tight hug. "I was so worried!"

Y/N returned the embrace, feeling the warmth of his support wrapped around her like a comforting blanket. "I'm okay! Just a few bumps and bruises."

Shoto stepped back, looking her over. The relief on his face was palpable. Then he turned to Bakugo, who stood slightly behind Y/N, a mixture of fatigue and pride evident in his eyes. Shoto quickly hugged him too. "You're okay too, Katsuki!"

Bakugo shrugged but couldn't hide the hint of a smile. "Yeah, just got my ass handed to me by a villain. But it's nothing I can't handle."

The twins rushed over, their faces lighting up. "You're back, Mommy! Daddy Katsuki!" Toya exclaimed, his joy bubbling over as he nearly knocked Y/N over in excitement.

"Hey, my sweet boy! You've grown since I last saw you!" Y/N replied, crouching down to hug Toya.

As they exchanged joyful greetings, Y/N noticed Ren looking a little shy. "What about you, Ren? You've been waiting for us!" she said, urging him forward.

Ren shyly stepped closer, but before he could say anything, he wrapped his tiny arms around Y/N's waist. "I missed you mommy and daddy," he whispered softly.

"Missed you too, little shadow!" Y/N said, her heart melting as she hugged him tightly.

Suddenly, the warmth of the reunion was interrupted by Bakugo's exasperated voice. "Can we get to the part where we explain how we went missing for two weeks? The idiots at the agency are probably losing their minds."

Y/N laughed softly, glancing at Shoto. "You mean there's even more chaos to add to this reunion?"

"Chaos is family-style," Shoto replied, his eyes brightening. "Maybe we can share a story while you enjoy a feast."

As they settled into the living room, Bakugo recounted the events that led to their disappearance and the intense battle they had faced with a formidable villain. Y/N chimed in with her perspective, both of them weaving a tale filled with excitement and tension.

"Anyway," Bakugo concluded, arms crossed but a smile finally spreading across his face, "we didn't lose our touch. We took care of business, and now we're back."

"You guys are awesome!" Kirishima cheered, joining the gathering. "But just don't scare us like that again!"

As laughter and warmth filled the air, Y/N felt her heart swell with happiness. This was a family—full of love, acceptance, and a hint of chaotic adventure.
