Y/N had volunteered to help one of her colleagues, a fellow hero who had been called away on an urgent mission, by babysitting their adorable baby for the day. As she walked into the common room, cradling the sleepy infant in her arms with gentle care, she felt a warm rush of affection.

"Look at you, Y/N! You're a natural!" Kirishima exclaimed, walking over with wide eyes filled with admiration. "That little one looks so comfy in your arms!"

"Thanks! It's a lot easier than I expected," Y/N replied with a smile, gently rocking the baby back and forth. "I think we've bonded over our love for snacks."

Just then, Shoto and Bakugo walked in, pausing mid-conversation as they spotted Y/N cradling the baby. The moment hung in the air as their eyes widened in disbelief.

"Whoa...," Bakugo said, clearly taken aback. "When did you start babysitting?"

Shoto stared, his expression softening as he took in the heartwarming scene. "You're really good at this," he said, his voice quiet yet sincere.

Y/N chuckled, looking up at them. "I never knew it would feel so rewarding. This little guy is pretty easy to handle!"

As she spoke, the baby stirred, letting out a soft coo that made everyone go silent for a moment, captivated by the innocent sound.

"Are you seriously okay with doing this while we're at work?" Bakugo asked, a mix of skepticism and intrigue in his tone. "You can't just go around playing 'mommy' all the time."

"Oh, come on! She's doing great!" Kaminari chimed in, leaning against the wall with a grin. "Who knew our shadow ninja had such a soft side?"

"Yeah, next thing you know, she'll be running a daycare," Midoriya joked, earning a round of laughter from the group.

Y/N felt her cheeks heat up but couldn't help but laugh along. "I'm just enjoying the moment. It's a fun change of pace!"

"Fun? You're telling me you enjoy babysitting instead of fighting villains?" Bakugo smirked, crossing his arms, though there was a begrudging sense of admiration in his expression.

"Let's be real, she's probably better at handling babies than she is at handling you," Kirishima teased, his laugh echoing through the room.

"Very true!" Y/N shot back playfully. "Honestly, I could probably handle the two of you wandering around!"

Shoto stood quietly, observing how Y/N interacted with the baby. "You really have a way with him," he said softly, impressed. "It's nice to see this side of you."

"Thanks, Shoto! I guess some part of me has always wanted to make people feel cared for," Y/N replied, her eyes glimmering with sincerity.

Just then, Bakugo interrupted, a teasing glint in his eye. "But are you ready for the real challenge? I'd like to see you handle chaos when this little guy starts crying!"

"Oh, I think I can handle a bit of noise!" Y/N replied confidently. "But I'm glad you have faith in my abilities, Katsuki!"

Before anyone could react, the baby did let out a tiny wail, shaking the room with the suddenness of the sound.

"Looks like you've got your first test!" Bakugo laughed, but it was a sound of genuine amusement.

Y/N barely missed a beat, calming the baby instinctively with a soothing hum, rocking him gently. "There, there! It's okay, little one! I've got you!" she cooed, and the baby slowly settled down, gazing up at her with wide eyes.

"I can't believe it... she's actually calming him down!" Kaminari exclaimed, clearly impressed as he watched.

Bakugo's eyes widened in genuine surprise as he muttered, "Damn, she really does have a talent."

As the moment unfolded, Y/N caught Bakugo looking on with an impressed expression, which made her heart flutter a bit. "See, I told you! I can still be a badass hero and work well with babies!"

"Maybe we need to call you 'Baby Nanny' instead of Noctem," Shoto teased lightly, joining in on the fun.

"Ugh, don't start with the nicknames!" Bakugo called out, but his face was still slightly red, clearly flustered by the playful banter.

Y/N laughed, feeling that warmth wrap around her like a cozy blanket. "I'll prepare a shadow daycare just for the two of you!"

As laughter filled the room and the group continued to joke about Y/N's newfound skills, she felt that she truly belonged. Surrounded by friends who embraced her quirks and supported her journey, they reminded her that she was more than just a dorky hero—she was part of something special.
