The atmosphere buzzed with energy as the heroes settled into the cozy lounge, snacks strewn across the coffee table. With the promise of games on the agenda, the excitement in the air was palpable.
"Alright! Tonight's game is Truth or Dare!" Kaminari announced with a grand flourish, earning cheers and laughter from the group. "Get ready for some juicy secrets!"
"Let's get this party started!" Y/N exclaimed, her dorky enthusiasm infectious as she plopped down next to Bakugo, her eyes gleaming with mischief.
"Just don't embarrass yourself, shadow girl," Bakugo sneered playfully, rolling his eyes, though a smirk danced across his lips.
"Challenge accepted!" Y/N grinned, feeling the thrill of the game flowing through her.
As they began, Ochako took the first turn, declaring, "Okay! I'll start! Bakugo, truth or dare?"
"Dare," he replied defiantly, leaning back with a cocky expression that conveyed he was ready for anything.
"Nice! I dare you to let Y/N paint your nails!" Ochako laughed, a gleam of mischief in her eyes.
"What? No! That's ridiculous!" Bakugo protested, but Y/N was already excited.
"Come on, it'll be fun!" Y/N urged, leaning closer, her excitement bubbling.
"Fine, but only if you promise to make them look awesome!" Bakugo replied reluctantly, his cheeks slightly flushed.
As the game continued, giggles and playful banter filled the room. When it was Y/N's turn, her eyes danced with mischievous excitement. "I'll take a dare!"
"I dare you to reveal something unexpected about yourself!" Kirishima proposed, grinning wide.
Y/N looked around, feeling her heart race. "Alright! Here goes..." She took a deep breath. "I'm still a virgin!"
Silence enveloped the room for a moment, and then it erupted.
"Wow!" Kaminari exclaimed, his eyes wide. "Shocking!"
"Seriously? You're not just an amazing hero but also a virgin?" Kirishima said, feigning surprise but clearly impressed.
"Yeah! You'd think I'd at least have had a wild romance by now, right?" Y/N joked, leaning back with a playful smirk. "But honestly, I've been way too focused on being a hero!"
Just then, Bakugo spoke up, trying to mask his reaction with a short-sighted glare. "So what? Plenty of people are still virgins. It's not like it's that big of a deal."
"Yeah, but isn't it romantic?" Y/N said mischievously, eyeing Bakugo and Shoto. "What's with the best-looking guys in the agency still being virgins?"
Shoto's face flushed slightly as he registered the implications, his sociable demeanor shifting. "I mean, it's not a contest or anything," he muttered, trying to remain composed.
Ochako giggled. "Who would have thought we'd have a midnight revelation like that?"
Feeling bold, Y/N continued, "I guess we could say it's a hero thing—focusing on our missions rather than our love lives. But when the time comes, we'll embrace it, right?"
Bakugo crossed his arms defiantly, but Y/N caught him biting back a smile. "If anyone talks about this, I'm never showing my face again. And I'm not losing in anything!"
"I thought we were talking about who's still a virgin here!" Kaminari teased, leaning in. "C'mon, you can't deny that it's kind of funny."
"Y/N being a dork makes it even better!" Kirishima laughed, earning a chorus of giggles from the group.
The night continued with more rounds of Truth or Dare, filled with silly challenges and unexpected confessions. Y/N's lighthearted approach and genuine laughter made everyone feel relaxed, allowing them to bond even further.
As the evening wound down, Y/N felt a warm sense of acceptance wrap around her—a feeling she had longed for. Embracing her quirks and sharing her dorky side had drawn her closer to her friends, solidifying her place among them.
By the end of the night, despite the cheeky surprises and light banter, Y/N felt stronger than ever, realizing that it was okay to be herself—quirks, insecurities, and all.
Unexpected First
The evening had been filled with laughter and silly revelations, creating a vibrant atmosphere as Y/N, Bakugo, Shoto, and their friends continued the game of "Truth or Dare." Everyone was in high spirits, enjoying the camaraderie.
"Okay, my turn! I pick dare!" Y/N said confidently, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
Kaminari leaned forward with mischief in his expression. "Alright! I dare you to kiss the person next to you!" he announced, a wide grin spreading across his face.
Y/N glanced quickly to her side, realizing she was sitting next to Shoto. The group around them erupted with enthusiasm, laughing and encouraging her.
"No way! You can't be serious!" Shoto said, his cheeks subtly flushing.
"Really? This is happening?" Bakugo crossed his arms, trying to feign indifference, but his expression betrayed a hint of jealousy.
"Come on, Shoto! It's just a kiss!" Y/N replied with a playful grin. "Don't tell me you're scared."
"Scared? It's not that!" he protested, though the slight tremor in his voice gave him away.
"Looks like Shoto can't handle the heat!" Kaminari teased, earning more laughs from the group.
"Maybe he just likes to keep things icy," Kirishima contributed, winking at Shoto.
"Alright, fine!" Y/N said, feeling mischievous as she leaned closer to Shoto. "Just relax. It's just a game!"
As she leaned in, everyone watched with rapt attention. Shoto's heart raced; he had never imagined that his first kiss would happen under such silly circumstances.
Y/N gently pressed her lips against his, a quick peck filled with warmth and spontaneity. The moment felt electric, sending a surprise rush of feelings through them both.
The group erupted into cheers and laughter as Y/N pulled back, surprised and glowing with delight. "That was fun!"
Shoto had gone completely still, wide-eyed. "I-I can't believe that just happened..." he stammered, a flush creeping across his cheeks.
"Welcome to the club, ice prince!" Kirishima chuckled, unable to hide his amusement.
Bakugo stood there, arms crossed tightly, his expression morphing into one of annoyance. "What the hell just happened? You let her steal your first kiss, you idiot!"
"Hey! I didn't steal it! It was just a dare!" Y/N protested, laughing as she tried to brush off the sudden attention.
"Yeah, but it's still his first kiss! You should have asked instead!" Bakugo snapped, clearly agitated. The jealousy simmered beneath the surface as he struggled to process his feelings.
Shoto finally found his voice, looking at Y/N with a slight smile. "I mean... I'm glad it was you. It could have been awkward otherwise."
Y/N felt a warm rush of gratitude wash over her. "Really? You're not upset?" she asked, her voice softening.
He shrugged, a hint of shyness in his demeanor. "It's just a kiss. It doesn't change anything... right?"
"Right!" Y/N echoed, hoping to ease any uncertainty lingering in the air. "Just a silly game!"
Bakugo, still feeling the sting of jealousy but knowing it was a game, let out an annoyed sigh. "You're lucky I didn't explode anything. Just... don't make a habit of it."
As Y/N laughed at Bakugo's frustration, the energy in the room shifted back to cheerfulness. "Fair enough! Just added to the fun of tonight!"
The rest of their friends continued to tease Shoto about his first kiss, which only made Y/N laugh harder. They embraced the lightheartedness of the moment, and Y/N felt that familiar warmth envelop her once again. Surrounded by friends who genuinely cared, she realized she had truly found her place among them.
