The clock on the wall ticked steadily, showing it was well past midnight. Y/N sat curled up on the couch, eyes half-closed, a blanket draped over her shoulders. Ren lay in her lap, softly cooing, while Toya slept peacefully in the nearby playpen.

"Why did we think having twins would be a good idea?" Y/N sighed, sipping on a cup of coffee—a lifeline she desperately needed.

"Because we're heroes, remember?" Shoto said from his spot at the other end of the couch, his voice steady but slightly exhausted. "We can handle anything."

"Handle this? Try getting sleep with these two little chaos machines!" Bakugo grumbled from the kitchen area, attempting to make another round of coffee but looking like a zombie.

"More like a scrawny marshmallow," Y/N joked, stifling a yawn. "You look like you haven't slept since last week."

"Shut it, shadow girl! At least I don't fall asleep on my own feet," Bakugo snapped back, but even he couldn't hide the smirk on his face.

Just then, a soft whimper echoed through the living room, making Y/N perk up. "Uh-oh. Who's waking up?" she said, peeking at the playpen.

"Probably Toya again. He tends to be fussy at this hour," Shoto noted, watching the baby stir.

Y/N gently lifted Ren out of her lap and laid him back down in the playpen, where Toya was slowly waking. "I'll go check," she said, feeling a mix of excitement and exhaustion at the task ahead.

As she shuffled over, Bakugo attempted to pour coffee but missed his cup entirely, instead splashing it across the counter. "Dammit! This is ridiculous!" he exclaimed, annoyance dripping from his voice.

"See? You're clumsy!" Y/N called back playfully, a hint of laughter threading through her words.

"Just grab the kids, will you? I need my caffeine!" Bakugo shot back, hands on his hips, trying to maintain his tough act.

Y/N couldn't help but giggle at the scene—the sight of Bakugo, usually so composed, now trying to juggle coffee-making with the chaos of the twins. "Alright, alright, I got it!"

As Y/N settled into the playpen, she noticed Toya had a diaper that needed changing. "Uh-oh, little buddy! Let's take care of that!"

While Y/N deftly handled the changing process, Bakugo entered with his coffee in hand, trying to regain his composure. He looked at Y/N, who was focused and slightly overwhelmed. "Don't screw this up!" he warned, despite knowing she had it under control.

"Right back at you, explosion king!" she replied cheerfully, not missing a beat.

As the night wore on, Shoto took his turn to hold one of the twins, rocking Toya gently. "You know, this is surprisingly calming," he admitted, feeling a rare smile stretch across his face.

"Calming? You guys are delusional!" Bakugo scoffed. "It's a nightmare!"

"More like a chaotic dream!" Y/N chimed in, trying to stay upbeat despite the tiredness creeping in. "Even with three parents, how did we get ourselves into this mess?"

At that moment, both twins began to stir, their cries filling the room. Y/N and Shoto shot each other worried looks while Bakugo groaned. "Here we go again!"

"Stay focused!" Y/N encouraged, crawling over to comfort one of the twins, while Shoto grabbed the other. The three of them worked seamlessly together, their bond strengthening each moment of shared chaos.

Suddenly, as Y/N bent over to check on Ren, she accidentally knocked over the coffee pot Bakugo had set down, sending it sliding across the floor with a loud crash. Bakugo's eyes went wide, and in a moment of instinct, he lunged to save it, but tripped over his own feet, landing squarely on the floor.
