Two days later, Brick had fully recovered, and his cough was gone, which made him very happy. Day allowed Brick to hold their baby and take care of him just like before.

"Ooooo... uuuuh... ooooo," little Ob made sounds when Brick sat down to chat and play with him during the late morning after giving him a bath and feeding him. It seemed that little Ob was in a good mood.

"Hey there! Not even two months old, and already so chatty? Or are you just missing Papa?" Brick asked, bending down to tease his son.

"Ooooh," little Ob responded, and Day, who was watching from the side, couldn’t help but smile slightly.

"Can you handle taking care of the baby, Brick?" Day asked, which made Brick turn to look at him and then nod.

"No problem at all. I’m fine now," Brick replied. Day smiled back because today he had to go to the store in Chonburi. Brick's father had scheduled a meeting with Pat to check on the dock for receiving imported wheels, which would be delivered at Laem Chabang port. Brick's father invited Day to take a look at that branch as well.

"I might be back a bit late. You can call Nick to keep you company, or you can call Aunt Jan; she should be home today," Day informed.

"Sure, don’t worry," Brick replied. Day walked over to Brick and lifted his chin to give him a soft kiss.

"If you need anything, just call me," Day reiterated. Brick nodded in agreement, and Day leaned down to kiss little Ob's forehead softly as well.

"Take care of Papa Brick, little Ob," Day said, making Brick chuckle softly.

"Come on, do you really think that if a burglar came into the house, little Ob would throw his bottle at the burglar to help me?" Brick teased. Day chuckled under his breath and gently ruffled Brick's hair.

"Well then, I’ll leave Cotton in charge. Cotton, take care of the baby, okay?" Day said, turning to Cotton.

"Woof!" Cotton responded with a wagging tail. Day smiled. He never thought that in this life, he would have such a complete family with a partner, a child, and a lovable pet. This made Day feel very protective of his family, and he was determined to protect them as best as he could. After saying goodbye to everyone in the family, Day left the house to pick up Brick's father at the store. By now, Pat, his secretary, and the driver were already waiting.

"Hello, Day," Pat greeted as Day walked into the guest reception area.

"Hello, sorry for being late. Shall we go?" Day asked. Everyone agreed, and they would split into different vehicles for convenience. Day drove Brick's father while Pat took his own vehicle. They stopped for lunch near the port since they arrived just around noon.

"How is your partner, Day? Is he feeling better?" Pat asked as they waited for their food.

"He's all better now. He asked me to thank you for the gifts," Day replied, and Pat smiled in response.

"It’s no problem," Pat said. Meanwhile, Day's phone buzzed. He picked it up to check and saw it was Brick sending something via LINE. He opened it to find a selfie of Brick with little Ob, accompanied by a message reminding him to drive carefully. Day smiled slightly. He knew Brick was still concerned about him when driving long distances.

"Is that Brick?" Brick's father, sitting next to Day, turned to see Day's phone screen.

"Yes, he sent me a picture," Day replied, handing his phone to his lover’s father to take a look.

"Wow, little Ob seems to know when a picture is being taken. He’s looking at the camera!" Brick's father commented with a smile.

"Is that your son, Day?" Pat asked, having overheard their conversation.
