Daou woke up and went down to the kitchen

His parents told him to stay home until they agreed for him to return to his apartment when things calmed down

His parents were eating and watching him as he entered the kitchen

"Sit down Daou, we need to talk to you" his father said

Daou sat down slowly

"We know you snuck out of the house yesterday even though we told you not to leave"

Daou shifted a little in his chair and thought of excuses

"We also guess it was to Offroad's house" his father continued and Daou panicked

"We understand you" his mother quickly said when she saw Daou was startled "We just want to ask you if there's a way you can talk to Phuwin so we can meet him"

Daou looked from his mother to his father and saw that he wasn't happy with the idea

"I told her he isn't our son, our son is dead the vampires killed him" he folded his arms and leaned back in his chair

"It is him!"  Daou moved his chair closer to the table

"What do you know?" His father rolled his eyes, stood up and left the kitchen

"He doesn't want to get his hopes up" His mother placed a hand on Daou's hand "I talked to him about Offroad before. He agreed that you would continue to meet with him only if you arranged a meeting with Phuwin. He said that if Phuwin isn't our son, then you and Offroad won't meet again because they are our enemies"

"But we love each other" Daou released his hand from his mother's, stood up and was about to leave the kitchen "He won't hurt me and I won't hurt him or his family"

"Then I hope even more that Phuwin is our son" His mother whispered

Offroad woke up when he heard knocking on the window

"Daou?" He opened his eyes and saw Daou waving at him

Offroad quickly got up and opened the window and Daou rolled inside

"Is everything okay?"  Offroad helped him up

"I talked to my parents" Daou's eyes were red and Offroad realized he was crying

"And what did they say?" He held his hands

"That I need to bring them together with Phuwin and we can only stay together if Phuwin is really their son...I know he's their son I can feel he's my brother but what if not?"

"Then we'll still love each other and stay together and they'll understand that in the end" Offroad hugged Daou

"But what if-"

Offroad interrupted Daou with a kiss

"Everything will be okay" He hugged Daou again and Daou rested his head on his shoulder

"I talked with my parents about us" Offroad said

They both lay in Offroad's bed hugging each other

"Really? What did they say??" Daou stroked Offroad's hand

"They're expecting you tomorrow" Offroad smiled and Daou smiled back at him
