It being the official start of the competition Cherish had woken up at 5am only to try to go back to sleep and then wake up two hours later. Instead of trying to fall asleep again, Cherish had decided to get ready. Three girls sharing a hotel room meant counter space in the bathroom was quickly claimed.
After doing her morning routine of brushing her teeth, washing her face and putting her morning skin care routine Cherish stood before her make up and hair products. Not knowing what type of fighting they were going to be doing meant she could hypothetically do anything to her hair. A simple ponytail was an option but considering she was in a new environment doing something different to give her confidence seemed like the best thing to do
"Good morning"
"Morning. I-I'll get out of your way," Cherish says grabbing her makeup bag ready to walk out of the restroom
"Cherish"
"Yeah?"
Sam tries to form the right words and in the end just asks, "Can you braid my hair?"
Cherish nods before asking her own question, "Do you think eyeshadow and eyeliner would be too much wear?"
"I don't think too much applies to anything here"
Cherish smiles and nods agreeing, "Is Devon awake?"
"She snoozed her alarm," Sam shrugs as before walking towards the restroom she's seen Devon grumble into her pillow at the sound of her alarm
"I'll wake her up"
After waking Devon up, Cherish puts on some light make-up. Meaning just filling and gelling her eyebrows, a thin blue eyeliner, mascara and a lip tint. Devon didn't care for make-up or doing anything with her hair other than just putting it up in a pony-tail so once she was ready Sam and Cherish let her fall face first onto the bed to get more rest.
Cherish braids Sam's hair into two fishtail braids with lots of gel. While Sam does her make up Cherish had settled on two fluffy dutch braids that before setting with hair spray she shakes her head to see if the ends of her braids would hit her if she were to spin.
