But Jacob wasn't that happy. He saw what happened between Emy and Neorah and understood that he was being fooled. His head was like a volcano eruption, filled with rage for what Emy had done to him. But he kept silent even though he wanted to yell at her.

Emy crawled into her bed and cried uncontrollably. She missed her family and wanted to be with them. But she need to bring back her James first. For that she must be there.

At the Stevenson residence

"I can't believe her!" Kate shouted with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Max patted Kate on her shoulder.

"Kate, like Aiten said, she made her choice. She wants them instead of us" Max wiped the tears that filled her eyes, "after all the efforts we did to find her, she didnt want us" Max said.

"She was lying, Kate." Aiten confessed.

"What?" Kate asked.

"Yeah, what do you mean she wad lying? We all saw how she reacted." Seth added.

"I read her mind. James is not dead completely. His wolf side is dead but his vampire side is not. And his soul is linked to Neorah's. That's the only thing thing keeping her alive." Aiten stopped for a second and continued, " And Emy is trying to find a way to bring him back. His body is locked there. That's why she acted like that."

"So she was acting the whole time?" Max asked.

Aiten nodded his head.

"Well, tomorrow is a special cresent moon. It will be a good day to perform the ritual to bring back James." Aurelia suggested.

At Calista's house

Calista was lost in thoughts. Although she was happy that Emy chose to stay with her, she felt something unnatural about the way she behaved. She was also worried about her mother's health. Just then Jacob came to her room.

"Calista, I need to talk to you." He said.

She eyed him curiously as she sensed it was something serious.

"Your mother's life is in danger." He began.

"I know that already and I am thinking of a way to-" she was stopped mid sentence by him.

"Not because of nature's unbalance. But because Emy knows that James is alive." He confessed.

Jacob explained everything he heard. Calista was shocked.

"So she was acting?" Calista roared but Jacob motioned her to turn down her voice so that Emy wouldn't listen.

He nodded his head in agreement.

"Its time to teach her a lesson." Calista spat with fury in her voice.

The next morning

Emy woke up with red, puffy eyes from crying all night. Her biggest shock wad waiting for her when she saw Jacob and Calista by her side.

"Awake, sweetheart?" Calista mocked.
