Actual cut from chapter

Grabbing a soda from the vending machine, he wandered into the hallway. As he sipped, his eyes drifted across to the glass-paneled room opposite him. It was a dance studio, bright and pristine, with a smooth wooden floor that reflected the sunlight streaming through the windows.

Felix froze as a group of dancers entered the studio, chatting and stretching. Among them was a figure that made his breath catch in his throat.

It was him.

Felix's heart raced as he recognized the face that had been etched into his mind for months. The boy from the game — no, not Kaelen, but someone who looked just like him. The resemblance was uncanny, down to the golden hair, the sharp features, and the aura of elegance that surrounded him.

The boy moved with an effortless grace, his body flowing into warm-up motions that were as mesmerizing as any of Kaelen's skill animations. Felix couldn't look away.

When the music began, the boy stepped forward, commanding the room's attention with a single glance. As he started to dance, Felix's world seemed to shrink to just that moment.

Every movement was smooth and deliberate, his arms slicing through the air like blades, his legs carrying him across the studio with an ethereal lightness. The choreography was fluid and hypnotic, as if each motion was woven from pure magic. His golden hair caught the sunlight with every turn, giving him an almost otherworldly glow.

Felix stood rooted to the spot, unable to blink. The boy was impossibly perfect, a living echo of the character Felix had spent countless hours playing in League of Legends.

It wasn't just the resemblance. There was something about the way he moved, the confidence in every step, the passion in his expression. It was as if he had stepped out of Felix's imagination and into reality.

Felix's soda slipped from his fingers, the can hitting the ground with a soft clink. He barely noticed.
