Third person pov
Upon reaching outside the terminal they were waiting for their car to pick them up but the car was nowhere to be seen.
"You wait here. I will go check where is he. Don't go anywhere and take care of the bags. And if anyone gives you anything don't take it." And he left without even hearing her out. "Does he think I'm a child? He was giving me my father's vibe."
She looked around to see the airport packed with people bidding goodbyes to their loved ones or meeting their loved ones after some many years. There was a lively atmosphere.
After travelling and standing for a long time, she was tired. Way too tired to stand. She kept her bag steady and sat on it, her legs hanging on both the sides of the handle. She pulled his luggage close to her so that it was safe with her.

Now 15 minutes passed and still he didn't return. She was feeling bored sitting at one place. Just when she was about to call him she saw him coming towards her. "Where were you? I was getting bored". Hearing her voice he knew she was tired. "Let's go. He is stuck there so we have to walk."
Hearing him she whined not ready to walk further. "No, tell him to come here". Knowing her, he decided not to argue with her further and pulled his luggage with one hand and pulled her bag with the other as she sat on it. She giggled all the way until abruptly he stopped on his track.
He looked towards his left and glared at the group of men who were ogling at her. She looked at him to see him throwing daggers at those men. If looks would kill then they would have been six feet under the ground. His hand tightened around the handle turning his knuckles white.
It was a group of men who were in their late thirties with their boss who looked a bit older than them.
Laashyaa tired of their staring competition hopped from the bag and walked towards the men. "Where are you going?" He stopped her from going there because he knew they were not good people.
She slowly removed her hands from his grip and gave his a evil smile. He knew that smile very well. She will do something which will either embarrass him or get them into trouble.
Before he could stop her she ran from there. He looked at them from a distance to see her talk with them as if they were some long lost friends. "Hey bhagwan, iss ladki ka mai kya karu?"
After a few minutes of talking he saw their expressions turning into something horrific. They looked at him in fear and bowed down to show him respect while he stood there being clueless. She came back hopping like a small child with a grin playing on her lips. "Come on let's go". She said and sat on the bag.
He looked at her with a look which screamed confusion. "What did you tell them? They looked as if they saw some dead man walking". She chuckled hearing him and said, "Nothing much. I said you are my husband who is a CEO of a big company and you are also in the mafia. They looked so terrified by my words. I swear I literally saw one man almost pissing in his pants". She laughed recalling the scene.
"I told them that you don't like it when someone looks at me. If they even take a glance, the next second they will be dead by your hands". She said as if it was a matter of fact. He stood there in shock.
It was as if he got hit by a 440 volt current. His mind was stuck on two words.
Husband and mafia.
He couldn't shake off the feeling he felt when she told them that he was her husband. He looked at those men who ran away in different directions when they saw him looking. Shaking his head he smiled at her silly acts and moved towards their car.
He pulled her all the way towards the car making her giggle like a kid. Her voice always did wonders to him. Even though he knows that she doesn't like him the way he likes her, he still continues to grow his feelings for her. Because for the first time in his life a girl finally succeeded in disturbing his heart with her single smile.
People were looking at them with a smile thinking of them as a couple. "Now get down and sit in the car". He said keeping his bag in the car and opened the door for her. She got down and jumped in the car making herself comfortable. He sat in after keeping her bag and gave the address to the driver.
They were on their way and laashyaa was gazing at the city with sparkles in her eyes. She turned around to see karthi busy with his phone, typing with the speed of light. "Inka typing competition chal rha hai kya jo ye itna speed mai type kar rhe hai?" She mumbled keeping her voice so that he wouldn't hear.
"Sir" she called gaining his attention. He looked up at her keeping his phone in his pocket. "Can I... Uhmm.. You know.. Your ". She stuttered not able to form words. She knew it was inappropriate to ask but still she wanted to do it.
"What do you want laashyaa?" He asked in a calm toned melting away her hesitation. She gathered her courage and asked him, "Can I pull your cheeks please? They are so soft and I can't resist it". He looked stunned at her bluntness.
Even before she could say anything he cut off with his reply. "No." That single word was enough to activate her another personality which he was unaware of. She started mumbling under breath about how bad he is and how arrogant he is.
"Kitne kharab hai ye. Ek baar gaal chune kya puch liya attitude dekhane lag gye. Inse acha toh kutte ke bache......" And continued talking nonstop insulting him and comparing him with all types of animals. He looked at her with wide eyes not knowing what to do.
He doubted that someone had hit her head in his absence at the airport and now she has gone fully mad.
"It's either you shut your mouth or I will throw you out of the car. Fir bheek mangti rehne na New york ke galliyo mai". He hissed in anger which made her shut her mouth.
But that was only for a few minutes, because she continued her blabbering about him being heartless and talking about his words of throwing her out of the car in this unknown city. Being fed up of her act he gave in to her wish.
"Fine. You can...pull my cheeks". He hesitated looking here and there not meeting her eyes. She beamed in joy and fully turned towards him to grab his cheeks. She kept both her hands on his cheeks and pulled his cheeks hard making him hiss in pain. But she cared less about it and continued torturing the poor boy.
The driver smiled looking at the scene taking place. She left his cheeks after pulling them to her heart's content. Poor boy his cheeks were fully red as if he had applied blush on his whole face.
"Can I eat your cheeks?" Her question made him nearly jump out of the car. He scooted away from her to keep a safe distance. "Woman, stay away from me". She laughed seeing his horrified expressions. For a second he really thought she was serious but now looking at her he realised she was just joking. Her laugh made him admire her making him fall for her all over again.
