Talkng To Renzo

{{Luta's POV}}

After school was over I went to find Renzo.

"Hey Sue." I say.

"Hey. What's up?" She answers.

"Well I wanted to know if you have seen Renzo at all?" I ask.

"Oh, he's in the forest." She replies.

"Oh, thanks." I say as I run off that direction.

[10 minutes later]

"Hey, I finally found you." I say startling Renzo.

"Hey." He replies.

"So why are you in the forest?" I ask.

"Oh. I just sometimes think here I guess. Why are you here?" He asks.

"I wanted to talk to you."

"About what?"

It was quiet for awhile.

"Can you tell me about your life? So I can understand you more?" I answer.

"Only if you tell me yours after mine." He replys.

"Ok."

"My mom died by my father with a gun on my tenth birthday." I have a surprised face. "My dad was abusive and always beat me. He started taking drugs and one day he left me on the streets to die. I felt alone and sad and I didn't know what to think of it."

He stopped for awhile and I could see he was tearing up.

"I thought to myself, why was I born. What was the purpose. No one loved me, until one man came. He was kinda fat but he was ok. He took me in under one condition. I did whatever he said."

He put his back on a tree and his knees to his chest and spoke under there so I couldn't see his face.

"I was just to desperate." I hear him crying. "To desperate, that I didn't think of the consequences. He also beat me abused me for fun. I didn't like him but one time I tried to escape and almost died, until Lexi came."

He looks up and starts putting out his feet and looking up at me again. Happy this time. I go and sit by him.

"She said to me 'I will save you. You don't have to but it's your choose. I will never beat you, scare you, I will always be there for you.' I didn't know what to do. All my life I knew was pain, but I excepted. We both got out together save and unhurt and I'm here now with you and all my other friends."

I was astonished, and I thought my life sucked.

"So what about your life." He says wiping his tears away.

"My life? Hmm...My life was not easy and it was strange. When I was 5 my dad left my mom and she got into drugs. She wasn't rich nor poor but I thought someday we would be poor because she keeps on buying stuff.
My life was not easy for I could never be with my mom because she drank mostly every second of her life. I never had a friend, I was always bullied, and everyone at school thought I was weird, I wasn't weird I was shy, kinda.
I was 5 when I learned I could manipulate water and I was only a little abused. I guess my life isn't as bad as yours."

"Intense." Renzo says.

"Not as much as your though." I say smiling.

The next thing I know he kisses me. I don't know what to do.

"I really like you Luta." He says with hope in his eyes and happiness.

"Me too.. I mean I like you too." I giggle without thinking.

"See you after school." He says and leaves, smiling.

I stay there thinking real hard, not knowing what just happened.
