The next day was filled with anticipation. After spending so much quality time with his family, Pon was excited to hang out with the rest of the Pit Babe crew.
Sailub had planned another outing for the whole group, and Pon could sense the excitement in the air.
It was a beautiful Saturday morning, and the weather was perfect for a group outing. Pon woke up early to the sound of birds chirping outside their window.
The twins were still asleep, snuggled close to Sailub and Pon in their shared bed. Pon smiled, feeling at peace, before slowly slipping out of bed to make breakfast.
Sailub, ever the early riser, followed shortly after, pulling Pon into a tight embrace from behind as he wrapped his arms around his waist. "Good morning, love."
Pon leaned back against him, enjoying the warmth of his touch. "Morning, Sai. I'm making pancakes for breakfast today. We should have a good start to the day before the others arrive."
Sailub smiled, planting a soft kiss on Pon's cheek. "Sounds perfect. Let me help."
Together, they made breakfast, enjoying each other's company as they moved around the kitchen. Sailub was always so calm and gentle.
Always willing to help Pon with whatever he needed. The simple moments like this made Pon appreciate everything even more.
After a hearty breakfast, Pon and Sailub began getting the twins ready for the day. Zai and Pahn were more active now, their energy endless.
Zai, of course, was already trying to crawl out of his crib, eager to start his day, while Pahn took her time stretching out in her blankets.
"We're going to have a fun day with everyone today," Pon said, helping Zai get dressed in a cute little t-shirt and shorts. Pahn wore a flowery dress, her little shoes matching perfectly. "Ready for another adventure?"
Zai clapped his hands excitedly, while Pahn simply smiled in her own little world. Sailub leaned over, helping Pon adjust the twins' clothes.
Once everyone was ready, the Pit Babe crew arrived at the house. The crew was always full of energy, and today was no different. Nut, Ping, Garfield, Benz, Pop, Lee, and Pooh came inside, all smiles and chatter as they greeted the twins and made themselves comfortable.
"I've got some plans for today," Sailub said, looking around at the group. "How about we hit the arcade first? After that, maybe a nice lunch at the new restaurant down by the pier?"
The Pit Babe crew cheered, excited by the idea. They had been working hard lately, and this was a great way to blow off some steam. Pon smiled, feeling thankful for these people who had become like family to him and Sailub.
Sailub and Pon both helped get the twins into their stroller before they all piled into a few cars and headed to the arcade.
The twins, of course, were too young for the games, but Pon and Sailub made sure they had plenty of toys and snacks to keep them entertained.
When they arrived at the arcade, the energy was infectious. The Pit Babe crew split into teams, taking on various games. Ping and Nut challenged each other to a racing game, with Nut showing off his skills and Ping laughing all the while.
Garfield and Benz were engrossed in a basketball shootout, while Pop and Lee tried their hand at the claw machines, their competitive spirits making them determined to win a stuffed toy.
Pon and Sailub were content just watching, laughing at the antics of their friends. Sailub was, as usual, the strong and silent type, but Pon could see the joy in his eyes as he took in the scene.
Even though Sailub had his tough exterior, Pon knew how much he cared about his crew, and he was grateful for the loyalty they all showed to each other.
The twins, who had been watching the group with curiosity, were finally lulled to sleep by the soothing rhythm of the arcade lights and sounds.
Sailub and Pon exchanged a smile before walking over to join the crew at the snack stand, where they bought drinks and some snacks for everyone.
"Let's take a break," Sailub suggested, sitting down on one of the benches with Pon by his side. "This is fun, but I think we all need a breather."
Pon nodded, feeling the weight of the morning's excitement. "Yeah, the twins are getting sleepy too."
As they sat and chatted, the crew gathered around, the sound of laughter and friendly banter filling the air.
Pon felt incredibly lucky he had his family, his loving husband, and friends who had become just as important to him as his blood relatives.
After the arcade, they all piled back into the cars and headed to the pier for lunch. It was a quaint restaurant with an amazing view of the ocean, and the sun was just starting to set.
casting a golden glow over the water. The food was delicious, and the conversation flowed easily.
Zai and Pahn were passed around between Sailub and Pon, both of them still sleepy from the morning's excitement but happy to be surrounded by the warmth of their family.
The Pit Babe crew was equally enamored with the twins, taking turns holding them and making silly faces to make them giggle. It was a lively, joyful scene, filled with love and light.
After lunch, they decided to walk down the pier, enjoying the cool breeze and the peaceful atmosphere. Zai was now fully awake, bouncing in his father's arms, while Pahn was more content, resting her head on Sailub's shoulder.
The crew took turns playing with the twins, making the most of the perfect day.
As the sun set, casting a fiery orange glow across the water, they all decided it was time to head back home. The twins had dozed off in their stroller, tired from the day's excitement, while the Pit Babe crew piled into their cars, tired but happy from all the fun.
Back at the house, Pon and Sailub settled on the couch, the twins tucked into their cribs.
both of them sleeping soundly. The Pit Babe crew was starting to head out, each of them bidding their goodbyes with promises of doing it again soon.
Sailub pulled Pon into his arms as they relaxed together, the quiet of the night settling in around them. "That was a good day."
Pon smiled, his head resting on Sailub's chest. "Yeah, it was perfect."
As the night deepened, they spent the rest of the evening talking about their day, sharing stories with each other. Pon felt a deep sense of contentment his family, his friends, his life with Sailub and their kids. It didn't get better than this.
