Shravan's POV
"Spend a night with me, Shravan... I will fulfill all your desires that your wife can't"
My body stiffened and I immediately pushed her away, maintaining a distance.
"What happened? Shravan?" She asked, her eyes holding the madness that made me regret my decision to come here.
I should've known something like this would happen. It was this move of hers that made me marry Advika so soon.
"I know you're scared of this getting out, but I promise," she said, stepping closer, her voice low and sultry. "I'll keep this between us."
When she reached out to unbutton my shirt, I grabbed her wrists firmly, shaking my head in warning. She wasn't in her senses, but she kept pushing boundaries.
"I know you like control, Shravan," she whispered, her fingers trying to touch my chest as she pushed her body more toward me. "You like dominating... I'm ready to be your submissive. I'll do whatever you wish, however you wish."
I shoved her back firmly, not enough to hurt her, but enough to create space. She stumbled onto the couch.
I hated manhandling her, but she left me no choice. For a moment, I considered leaving her there until she sobered up. Then the bartender arrived with the saline solution, placing it on the table before leaving.
"Drink it," I ordered, my tone was cold.
"I won't!" she declared, glaring at me. "I just want you, Shravan! And if I can't have you, then let me die!"
With that, she grabbed another bottle of alcohol and started drinking it like water. Snatching the bottle from her I threw it across the floor.
"Stop this madness, Ayesha! I'm married now!" I shouted.
"And I don't care!" she snapped back. "I don't care if you're married or have kids. I love you, Shravan! I want you! Nothing else matters!"
Tears spilled down her cheeks as she started crying.
"Just look at me, Shravan," she begged, her voice breaking. "I have everything you could ever need."
I averted my gaze as she began pulling her dress down from her shoulder.
"Drink the saltwater now," I commanded, my tone leaving no room for argument. "Don't force me to call your father. You know how he is neither your brother nor anyone else will save you if he decides to punish you."
Prem Uncle rarely becomes angry, but when he loses his control, it's hard to even stand near him.
"I'll drink it, but just... look at me, Shravan. Just once. Please."
I didn't want to, and I knew I shouldn't, but my eyes betrayed me, flicking to her for a moment. A faint, bittersweet smile spread across her lips.
"Shravan, for you I can have poison happily," she murmured, her voice trembling. "It's just salt water."
Grabbing the glass, she downed the saline solution in one go. Within minutes, it took effect. She rushed to the bathroom to vomit. Under normal circumstances, I would've gone to help her, but not this time.
My phone buzzed. It was Advika.
"Hello."
"Hello, Shravan. Where are you? It's getting late, and everyone is..."
"Main koi chhota bachha nahi hoon, Advika. Aa jaunga. Aur tum meri biwi banne ki koshish mat karo."
(I'm not a child, Advika. I'll come home. And don't try to act like my wife.)
