The glow of the fire in the hearth bathed the room in a golden light, casting dancing shadows on the walls as Amira rested against Aleksander's side. The reality of carrying not just one but three pups still weighed heavily on her mind, but the warmth of Aleksander's presence was a steady anchor, grounding her amidst the swirling emotions.

"I still can't believe it," she murmured, her hand resting protectively over her stomach. "Triplets... it feels so surreal."

Aleksander's deep voice rumbled beside her, a mix of awe and pride. "It's a rare blessing, Amira. The pack will see this as a sign of strength, not just for us but for the future of our lineage."

Amira nodded, her lips curving into a small smile. "I just hope I'm ready for this. Three pups at once... it's overwhelming to even think about."

Aleksander gently tilted her chin up, his dark eyes meeting hers. "You're stronger than you realize, Amira. You've already shown that. And you won't be alone in this—I'll be with you every step of the way. So will Aurelia, Atticus, and the rest of the pack."

His reassurance wrapped around her like a warm blanket, but before Amira could respond, a soft knock sounded at the door.

"Enter," Aleksander called, his voice steady but commanding.

The door creaked open, revealing Atticus. His tall frame filled the doorway, and his sharp eyes swept the room before settling on the two of them. He inclined his head respectfully. "Alpha, Luna. I hope I'm not interrupting."

"Not at all," Aleksander replied, his tone softening slightly. "What is it, Atticus?"

The other Alpha stepped inside, his expression a mix of concern and curiosity. "There's been word from the southern border. A rogue pack has been spotted, and their movements are too organized to be dismissed as coincidence."

Amira straightened slightly, her instincts immediately alert. "Do you think they're a threat?"

Atticus glanced at her, his expression unreadable. "It's hard to say, Luna. They haven't made any moves toward the Little Palace yet, but their numbers are significant. They could be testing the boundaries of our territory."

Aleksander's jaw tightened, his protective instincts flaring. "Send scouts to monitor their movements, but keep our presence subtle. If they so much as take a step onto our land, I want to know immediately."

Atticus nodded. "Understood. I'll take care of it personally." He hesitated for a moment before adding, "And congratulations, by the way. News of the triplets has already spread through the pack. They're ecstatic."

A small smile softened Aleksander's features. "Thank you, Atticus. The pups are a blessing, but they also give us even more reason to ensure the pack's safety."

Atticus inclined his head again before excusing himself, leaving the room in silence once more.
