I tab with my hand on the nightstand to shut off the annoying buzzing that's been going on for the past 10 minutes.

Incomming call Unknown

"Yes?" I ask annoyed when I pick up.

"Tamara?" I hear Jake's voice on the other side. I sit up in shock and look at my phone.

"Hello?" I hear him say. I panic and hang up again.

"Come back to bed baby." Stephan mumbles as he puts his arm round my waist. I lay back down and continiue to look at my phone.

"What's wrong baby?" He asks giving kisses on my shoulder.

"Jake just called me." I say confused.

"Are you sure it was Jake?"

"I think I heard his voice."

"You think?" He asks almost laughing.

"I haven't heard his voice that much the last 10 years." I say laughing.

"Are you up?" I hear Luke ask after a knock.

"Yea, we're up." I say back.

"Breakfast is in the kitchen, you can come down when you're ready, I'll bring you guys to work this afternoon." Luke says.

"Thank you uncle Luke." Stephan says.

"Alright, let's get ready." Stephan says getting up.

"I want to cuddle a little more." I mumble pulling him back.

"2 more minutes." He says pulling me against him. I smile and move closer to him.

"Hai what can I get you?" I ask the woman standing in front of the bar.

"I'm actually looking for you." She says with a smile.

"And who are you?"

"Genevieve." She says.

"Oh you're Jake's side chick." I say.

"His wife."

"Mistress becomes wife in most cases, watch out before he turns you in for a newer model."

"It's not like your mother was the saint."

"No but mom wasn't married or in a relationship with Jake so that's a big difference."

"No but your dad was." She snaps.

"Leave my building." Sylas says from behind me. She scoffs and keep standing there.

"Tell Jake I don't want to see him or you for that matters." I say walking away. I hear Sylas talk to her and I hear her say some things back before someone calls security.

"Who was that?" Sylas asks as he comes inside the office in the back where I went to continue my job and hide.

"Jake's mistress." I say.

"Here I am thinking my family was the one with drama." Stephan says laughing.

"Yea well mine's worse." I say.

"What did she need?" Sylas asks.

"Got no clue she wanted to talk to me and then she started about mom and Luke."

"What did she say about them?"

"She said her name and I called her Jake's sidechick and she didn't like it. So she called out mom for sleeping with Luke."

"Why did she ask about you?"

"I don't know, she never told me." I say.

"Are you good going back to work?" He asks.
