As we reached the door, Bella knocked on it, and after a few seconds, it swung open to reveal a warm and loving smile. "Dadi!" Bella exclaimed, hugging her grandmother tightly.

I couldn't help but smile at the affectionate reunion. Dadi smiled as she welcomed us into her home. "Aao bacchon andar," she said, beckoning us to come inside.

Aleena and I exchanged a glance, and I could sense her excitement and curiosity. Karan, Nishanth, and Avyaan followed us into the house, their eyes scanning the cozy interior.

As we entered, Dadi instructed someone, probably the house helper, to bring water. "Priya paani leke aana," she said, her voice gentle
(Priya bring water)

We settled onto the plush couch, surrounded by the warm and inviting atmosphere of Dadi's home. The living room was decorated with vibrant colors and intricate patterns, reflecting Dadi's love for traditional Indian art and culture.

As I looked around, I felt a sense of comfort and belonging wash over me. Dadi's home was like a warm hug, enveloping us in its love and hospitality. I couldn't wait to spend more time here and experience the nature.

As we settled into the couch, Dadi made her way to her cushioned chair, her movements gentle and deliberate. She sat down with a soft sigh, her eyes twinkling with warmth as she looked at us.

"Zyada takleef toh nhi hui na aane mein?" she asked, her voice filled with concern. (Wasn't the journey too tiring?)

I smiled, "Nhi Dadi," I replied, shaking my head. (No, Dadi.)

Dadi's face lit up with a warm smile, her eyes crinkling at the corners. "Good, I'm glad."

As Dadi spoke, the house helper, Priya, entered the room with a tray laden with glasses of water and snacks. And began to distribute the refreshments among us.

I took a sip of the cool water, feeling it soothe my parched throat.

"Hash kab se bhuk lagi thi mujhe" Aleena muttered and was about to pick a biscuit when dadi interrupted.

(Finally! I was hungry from very long time)

"Snacks kyu lekar aagyi? ab sab log khana hi khayenge sidha"

(Why did you bring snacks, everyone will be eating lunch now)

She looked around at us with a warm smile. "Baccho, koi snacks mat khaao abhi khana khane ka time hai."

(Kids, don't eat any snacks now, it's almost time for lunch.)

Aleena dropped the biscuit nodding  with a awkward smile.

"Bhukkad" I tease her.

"Shut up" She said.

Bella spoke up, "We should freshen up first, Dadi."

Dadi nodded. "Haa, Bella, upar wale kamron mein meine le jao sabko."

(Yes, Bella, take everyone to the rooms upstairs. Go ahead.)

Bella nodded, "Thanks, Dadi. We'll go freshen up."

As we made our way upstairs, the wooden stairs creaked and groaned beneath our feet, echoing through the hallway. Aleena and I couldn't help but gush about the beautiful house, our eyes wide with wonder.
