As Dadi disappeared into her room, Karan caught Nishanth's eye, and they exchanged a sly grin. The gesture did not go unnoticed, however, as Bella and Aleena witnessed the exchange, their curiosity piqued.

Aleena, sensing that something was amiss, intervened, her voice laced with a hint of warning. "Guys, let's go to sleep now. We have to leave early tomorrow morning."

But Nishanth was undeterred, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "You guys can go and sleep. We're going to explore the village."

Karan nodded in agreement, his face set in a determined expression. "Yes, we're going."

Bella, however, was quick to object. "No, it's too late," she protested, her voice firm but concerned.

Karan, however, was not to be deterred. He patted Nishanth's back, a confident smile spreading across his face. "Arey, kuch nahi hota. Yeh hai mera aadmi, saath mein."

(Nothing will happen. This is my guy, with me.")

Nishanth responded with a fake smile. He nodded, placing a hand on Karan's shoulder. "Aur yeh meri aurat hai na. Hum saath hi rahenge."

("And this is my woman, right? We'll stay together.")

The remark was met with a chorus of laughter from Aleena, Bella, and Nitika. Avyaan, who had been engrossed in a conversation with Nitika, looked up, raising an eyebrow.

Karan turned to him, a questioning glance. "Avyaan, tu nahi aayega?"

("Avyaan, aren't you coming?")

Avyaan sought Nitika's permission, but she shook her head firmly. "You're not going," she said, her voice firm.

"Whatever you say" he said and looked back at his friends, a hint of disappointment in his eyes. "I'm not coming," he said, resigned.

"Not just Avyaan, you guys also will not go!" Bella declared.

"But-" Karan was about to say something but Bella interrupted him.

"No but— no sneaking off and go to your rooms otherwise I will tell dadi to lock your room"

Karan and Nishanth's faces fell, their expressions disappointed. They looked at each other, then back at Aleena and Bella, before nodding reluctantly.

"Okay, fine," Karan said, his voice laced with resignation.

Nishanth nodded, even as he pretended to be obedient. "Yeah."

Karan and Nishanth may have been forced to abandon their plans for adventure, but who knows? Maybe they would find a way.

As the group climbed the stairs, the sound of their chatter and laughter filled the air. Aleena, exhausted from the day's events, went straight into the room, flopping onto her bed with a contented sigh.

"Niti, I'm so sleepy," she murmured, already half asleep.

Nitika chuckled and shook her head, smiling at her friend's quick descent into slumber. She turned to head into her own room, but before she could take a step, Avyaan grasped her wrist and pulled her into his room.
