I sat in my hotel room flipping through the newspaper looking for a new apartment. Someone knocked on my door and I went to see who it was. I rolled my eyes when I opened the door.

"What do you want Matt?" I asked.

"I was wondering if you found an apartment yet because there is a free room and it's cheap." he told me.

"No Matt. Your girlfriend will kill me if we live in the same building. She almost attacked me when I was at your place." I told him.

"What girlfriend?" he asked.

I stared at him for a second before I realized what he was saying.

"You broke up with Julie?" I asked, smiling.

"Yeah. She was a bit too clingy for my taste. And I think I know someone who is perfect for me." he said taking a step closer to me.

"Who?" I asked.

He didn't reply. He just cupped my face in his hands and he kissed me.

"Also, the room that I was talking about was mine."

"Oh, well I would love to live there." I laughed.

"Perfect." he said kissing me again.

----------------------

Later that day Matt and I started to move my things into his- I mean- our apartment. I picked up the necklace that was still on the floor. I put it around my neck.

I checked out of the hotel and Matt drove me to the apartment. We started to un-pack. Matt picked up a picture of Jemima and I. He smiled and put it down on a shelf.

We finished putting everything away and sat down on the couch. He was about to kiss me but someone knocked on the door.

He opened it. "I told you I don't want you coming back here." he sighed.

"I know Matty, but we were made for each other." Julie said.

"No we weren't. There is only one person that is meant for me. And her name is Cassidy."

"That girl that was here last week. Why her?"

"Because she came back here even when she said she would leave and never come back. She is the only one I have ever loved." Matt said.

"Matt."

"Out."

Julie turned around and stormed out the door.

"I think that was the only time that she never got her way." I laughed.

"I agree with you." he put his arm around me.

"Crap. The post office is just around the block, right?" I asked.

"Yeah. Why?"

"I have to mail in some things to make my phone bill canadian and I have to pay some credit card bills. So, I have to mail them in."

"Okay. It's just like 10 minutes away." he told me.

"Okay." I hugged him and left.

I walked down the sidewalk tying my hair back from the wind. I walked into the post office and gave them the letters.

"Also, could you send the replys and bills and other letters to this address?" I asked handing them Matt's address.

"Yes, of coarse. Have a nice night now." said the lady at the desk.

"You too." I smiled.

I walked back outside. It got cold really fast. Even for Summer. I continued down the street. I saw Matt walking towards me. I waved. I passed an alley way and heard some voices. I stopped to see what was going on. Just then, an arm wrapped around me. I tried to scream but a hand went over my mouth. I managed to get the hand off my mouth to yell one thing.

"MATT!!!!" I screamed.

I saw him run towards me. The next thing that I knew, I was thrown into a car and was all tied up.

Yeah I shouldn't do these cliffhangers anymore. I bet you are all plotting my murder. Ummm, well I kinda just got this idea at school. I hope you like it. Vote. Comment. :) *blows french kiss*
