So basically this is what happened in the last chapter but in Matt's POV.

Matts POV

I was hanging out with the rest of the band. Cassidy was going to Toronto today for a couple days. I got a text from her letting me know that she landed and was okay. I smiled a bit.

"Who are you texting?" Josh asked.

"Cassidy." I told him.

"Oh has she found a wedding dress?" Ian joked.

"Shut up."

"What? We wouldn't be surprised if you two were engaged. You're never apart." Mike said.

I glared at them.

"But seriously, when is the baby due?" Josh asked holding back the laughter.

"Why do I hang out with you guys again?" I asked.

I sat through about half an hour of Josh, Ian, and Mikes jokes. My phone started to ring. It was Cassidy.

"Guys shut up." I said answering my phone.

"Matt." she whispered.

"Hey. What's up?" I asked.

"I just wanted to hear your voice. Just in case." she said. Her voice was shaking. She was scared. I could tell.

"What? What's wrong?"

"I love you Matt. Don't forget that." I could hear that she was crying.

"What? What are you talking about?" I was starting to worry.

"I love you." Cassidy whispered.

"Cassidy! Do you want me to come down?" I asked.

"No. Stay. I don't want you coming here." she cried.

"Why don't you want me to come?"

"I love you Matt Webb. More than anything in the world."

Hearing her say this made me want to cry.

"Good bye Matt. I love you." she hung up.

I stared into space for a few minutes. I stood up and went to get my jacket to leave. Josh made me sit back down.

"Matt, what's wrong?"

"She's in trouble. I can feel it." I told him.

"What did she say?" he asked.

"She said that she loved me and that she wanted to hear my voice. When I asked if I should come down to Toronto, she said that she didn't want me coming." I told them.

"Then where are you going?"

"Toronto."

"If she doesn't want you going to Toronto, you shouldn't go." Ian said.

"But what if she is in trouble?"

"She doesn't want you going."

After they convinced me to stay, we went online to find out anything in Toronto. A few minutes later Josh's eyes went wide.

"Matt." he said.

I walked over. There was a breaking new sign up. It read: Shooting in a Toronto Apartment.

I stared at the article in disbelief. That was the exact address that Cassidy was at.

It scared me. I didn't want to lose her.

No. I couldn't think that way. She was going to be okay.

I just wish that she knew that I loved her too.
