*Matt's POV*
The doors opened and I saw Caitlin carry Jemima down the aisle. Jemima tried putting the flowers in her mouth. Samantha was the next to come down the aisle. The last was Cassidy. She looked beautiful. I was lucky to have her. I don't know what I would do with out her.
She got to the altar and took my hand.
"I love you." I whispered.
"I love you too." she whispered back.
"We are gathered here today to celebrate love." the priest said. "Now you have each prepared something to say?"
"Um yes. Can I go first?" I asked. The priest nodded and I started.
*Cassidy's POV*
"I remember when I first met you. You seemed in awe that you just met Matt Webb but, later that night you seemed calmer. After maybe 6 months I knew I loved you. 5 months after that you faced something terrible. Your best friend was hit by a car. You stayed in your apartment. You never left. You were scared that you were going to lose your best friend. I had a feeling that she would make it. A week after that, you got a phone call that you were dreading. You heard that she died. Just before the funeral you told me that ou were leaving. You never said where you were going or if you would be back. 3 years later, I was convinced that you weren't coming back. You did. I don't think there was ever a day that I was happier. I was wrong. The happiest moment of my life was when you said yes. I love you. More than anything." Matt said.
"Well how am I supposed to follow that? You can write a song with those words." I said wiping my eyes. "Okay, I guess I am going to have to speak now."
*Matt's POV*
"Okay, I'll try to make this sound just as good as Matt's. Um, so basically when we first met I was freaking out, but afterwards Jemima told me that I should just act normal, that you were just a normal guy. After I got to know you as a normal guy. I knew you were the one. Like you said, later something happened to me. I told my best friend that I hated her. She didn't come home after she left. I got a call that night saying she was in the hospital. I was scared. The last thing that I said to her was that I hated her, I didn't want her to think I was serious. I left because I didn't want anyone else around me getting hurt. I came back because I missed it. Most of all, I missed you. When I came back I found out that you had a girlfriend. That night I wanted to get rid of the necklace you got me when Jemima was in the hospital. I'm wearing it tonight. I think that that is all I have to say. Did I top it?" she asked.
"I think you might have but, it's not a competition." I said.
*Cassidy's POV*
I looked at the man that was going to be my husband. I thought about how lucky I was. I looked at Caitlin. She gave me a quick smile as Jemima chewed on my bouquet.
I looked at my brother and Ronnie. Ronnie was 3 months pregnant.
I looked at Ian. It made me think, if Jemima was still alive would they have gotten married?
Then I thought of my dream. Is Jemima here? I quickly glanced around me, right next to Caitlin I could almost see her giving me the thumbs up.
"Do you, Matt Webb, take Cassidy Jones as your wife?" the priest asked.
"Yeah." Matt said.
"Do you, Cassidy Jones, take Matt Webb as your husband?"
"I do." I said.
"Well, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." the priest said.
Matt pulled me in for our first kiss as husband and wife. And lets just say, it was.... magical.
Well, that is the end of this story. I hope you guys liked it. Also, I hope you picked up on what will happen in Caitlin's story which will be called 'No Matter What'. Well, Vote. Comment. Thanks :) I love you guys :) *blows french kiss*
