Kenma was beautiful.

He always was in Tetsuro's eyes
but just when he opened the door,
he fell in love all over again.

The way he stood there,
big feline eyes looking up at him,
a cute blush on his cheeks and
nose from the cold and strands of
his hair braided into a tiny bun.

He only ever did his hair like
this on Kuroo's birthday.

And the ravenette would never
get used to the feeling he got when
thinking about the fact that Kenma
had done his hair just for him.

“Hi kitten.”

“Hey Kuroo.
Happy birthday.”

Kuroo chuckled when his boyfriend
suddenly grew shy and diverted
his gaze, some things never
really changed.

This was Kenma's way of trying
to say that he wanted to give his
boyfriend a kiss but didn't know how.

“Thank you, pretty.”

Kuroo chuckled as he lifted
the younger's chin up and
kissed him gently.

“Let's go?”

“Where are we actually going?”

“Tokyo tower! I haven't been
there for years and I thought it'd
be a good idea to go out for a bit
at first so we did something
other than eating and chilling
on the couch today.”

“There's nothing wrong with eating
and chilling on the couch though.”

“There isn't. That's why
we'll do that later.”

Kuroo chuckled as he grabbed
his boyfriend's hand and
pulled him with him.

Hours later the couple found
themselves back in the older's
warm home since his parents
had gone to visit his aunt
over the weekend.

Of course they had still celebrated
their son's birthday in the morning
but Kuroo's aunt had just moved and
was celebrating her new apartment.

“I actually wanted to show you
something my mom gifted me.”

Kenma tilted his head softly
when Kuroo got up from the
couch to get something from
the other side of the room but
gasped when his boyfriend
handed him the small
light yellow box.

And Tetsuro couldn't help but
chuckle when the blonde's sparkling
eyes completely betrayed him as
he picked the tiny onesie up.

It was white with pastel yellow
accents and a tiny sun was. embroidered on the tummy area
just like the words ‘little sunshine.’

There was a fitting pastel yellow
hat in the box too just like a pair of
tiny socks with small suns on them.

“Everything's so tiny.”

Kenma whispered as he looked
up at Kuroo with big puppy eyes,
most likely close to tears just at the
sight of the adorable clothes.
