The Rise Of Tritannus

-From season 4 onwards, I'll be using the rewrite of winx club from season 5 onwards by Unicorn of War, I will be doing it from Aerilyn's perspective so I strongly recommend watching it to get a good overview as some things may differ-

After finishing another - or rather the last day in their store, mentoring Morgana on how to run the store as they planned to return to the Magical Dimension. It was a long discussion they had between each other, with Nabu's memorial coming up and their duties as guardian fairies being brought up more than once, they agreed that it would be best to return. On top of that, Aerilyn had to deal with the overbearing fact of the figure wanting something from her, and seemingly willing to do anything to get it.

She gazed outside, they were getting ready to meet their boyfriends in the frutti music bar but after the whole incident and stress from what had happened, her and Diablous' relationship was becoming more distant - worsening her stress on the whole ordeal. The whole reason why she couldn't bring herself to call herself the fairy of the breath of the universe during the ceremony wasn't just because of her nerves, but because it really wasn't true. She rubbed her temples in frustration, glancing down at the book in her hand, the book of powers. Though it was a fruitless effort, she hoped it contained something about him, the figure.

The sound of her friends talking snapped her out of her trance and she placed the book back in her bag, quickly moving to join them so as not to concern them anymore. After a brief conversation with Flora with Aerilyn insisting that she was fine and just needed some time to speak with Diablous, they made their way to the frutti music bar.

Upon entering, her friends quickly split up to go talk to their boyfriends. She immediately spotted Diablous, remaining distant from the rest of his friends. She placed a hand on his shoulder, with him instinctively flinching back which - despite her best efforts - caused a pang of pain in her heart, but she brushed it off with him being impacted by Nabu's death. "Hey sweetheart, everything okay?" She asked with a soft smile, he looked down at her with a cold expression before his gaze warmed up and he pressed a kiss on her lips before pulling away.

"I am now that you're here...sorry, I'm just out of it..." He replied in a sombre tone, brushing her hair with his fingers.

"I understand...it's been hard for everyone, I just want us to talk and not shut each other out..." She replied. He remained silent for a moment before nodding, but moved away.

"Right, I need to go help the guys with Nabu's ceremony. See you later." He said abruptly, before walking out of the bar, leaving her even more hurt and confused before.

A few days had passed and the day of Nabu's memorial had come. They walked out to the beach where Nabu's parents were - refusing to speak to anyone and Aisha's relatives, Tressa, Nereus, Ligea, Neptune and Tritannus. Aisha approached them and tried to make conversation with them his father, Marduk, simply makes passive aggressive comments on how Nabu sacrificed himself for such an inconsequential world, while his mother, Sagitum, is wearing the flower Morgana created to hold Nabu's essence.

Diablous was still being distant towards Aerilyn, but during this solemn time, he remained firmly at her side - confusing her even more, but soothed her nonetheless. As the ceremony continued on, Aerilyn sensed something happening near the oil rig offshore. They immediately transformed into believix, trying to stop the pollution with the specialists saving the men on the rig. "I'll clear up the harmful pollutants in the air, Wind Aura!" The air immediately cleaned up as the other Winx dealt with the oil. "This can't be right...I sense-"

"Dark magic." Diablous finished. "Least surprising thing at this point..." She wanted to comfort him but was cut short when an explosion jolted them from their moment, she instinctively created a barrier between them before the explosion could hit them and upon the dust clearing, immediately saw Sky among the debris. Bloom cried out for him and immediately grabbed him, using her dragon flame to heal him - but he was still unconscious. After consulting with Aisha, they learnt of what had happened - how it was a distraction for Tritannus to attack the guests at the frutti music bar.
