"I told them that standing alone was a big mistake, now look! Technomagic is going haywire and Zenith still won't form an alliance!" Tecna excalimed as she combed her fingers through her hair.
"Don't worry Techno, I'll come with you to Zenith." Aerilyn said.
"Really? Wait, this better not be because you're trying to settle a score with King Cryos." Tecna said, eyeing her suspiciously.
"Whaaat, noooo. But that's the second reason on top of helping my favourite techno friend!"
"Well we'll go to the Pillar of Control, you two find a way to talk some sense into the King." Bloom said. "Emphasis on talk, Aeri."
"Yeah, yeah. Loud and clear."

When they arrived in Zenith, it was a mess. While the city's capital had been calibrated to be cold enough to allow the technodroids to operate efficiently, it had grown out of control as a massive snowstorm swept through the city, expanding quickly with the technodroids attack civilians. A few guardian fairies help out, but their powers are unstable due to the whole situation.

"Your people, your planet is falling into chaos! You need to join the alliance, I don't know if what Tecna's doing is going to be enough but I--"
"Zenith is doing just fine without the alliance, and will continue. This is nothing more than a blip." He leaned back into the throne, his mansplaining apparent as he gazed at her.
"Are you kidding me! People are dying as we speak and because you're stuck in the ye ol' ways--"
"That's enough, little girl, I did make myself clear in the summit, didn't I?"
"Yeah and I called you out on your bullshit! If only your brain was as big as your ego--"
"Zenith will thrive as it always will. Alone." He abruptly stood up as he approached her, towering over her as he invaded her personal space.
"Is this supposed to intimidate me? Because I could smite you with a wave of my hand."
"Threatening to kill a King, that could get you in a lot of trouble little girl..." His hands snaked around her waist and pulled her against him as she gasped. "You feel good against me..."
