Oh, poor caleb.
He regretted every little bad thing he's done in his life. Praying for forgiveness and mercy.
The pillow was pressed tight over hid head in a lame try to block some of the loud tunes that were rocking the base in the past thirty minutes.
It didn't really help when Noah, Josh and Tommy came bursting into the room, screaming off tune lyrics.
"WHAT DID I SAY?"
and like a choir, Josh and Tommy sang "FORGET ABOUT YOUR GIRLFRIEND AND MEET ME AT THE HOTEL ROOM-"
"BUT NOT YOU HOMIE, YOURE BASICALLY MARRIED" Noah pointed at Caleb, shaking his hips to the music.
Caleb, who was surprised to hear his girlfriend's voice.
Tommy was always shy and gentle. She wasn't always quiet, and definitely knew how to boss around when needed. And yes, to her defense, she has been working on it but not thay aggressively to get her to walk into their shared room, screaming party song.
"Come on babe- its mission day!" Her soft giggles and the feeling of her weight pressing down on the bed pulled Caleb out of his blanket cocoon. First poking out his head before fully sitting up, craking his back in the process.
"Yeah yeah- get the hell outta here I'm up." A groan and a pillow thrown into Josh's head made them finally leave.
Only Tommy stayed behind, plastering a warm kiss to her boyfriend's cheek. "You've never been so happy on missio. Days."
It's true. Tommy usually is the exact opposite. Stressed and anxious and way way too worried.
But her shoulders just shrugged simply, soft smile on display "it's just getting stuff, no action. And also- happy anniversary, sugar."
She finally leaned into Caleb's puckered lips, kissing him with a slight rush as excitement rushing through her bones.
She liked the way her boyfriend smiled against his lips and almost didn't pull away before she remembered, jumping off of their double bed and rushing out without any words, leaving a confused sleepy boyfriend all alone.
Meanwhile, you were sitting on your usual chair in the kitchen, knees bent up to your chest while your feet were used as a mirror holder for little Lily.
You were biting on your nail as you stared at your notebook, rereading your schedule for the millionth time just this morning.
Yes, you liked missions. You loved the adrenaline rush you felt as you escaped each place with ease. The feeling you can finally afford buying a new truck for the orphanage. The way the gang baahed over shared stories and showed off each achievement.
But the technical issues were the worst bother.
You knew nothing would happen. You won't let anything wrong get even close to happening when you're near the guys. But, you were a perfectionist. You were taught to be one.
So, you reread the schedule for the million and one times.
"All done! How do I look B.G?" Lily's glittery fave popped in front of yours, cheesy smile plastered on her small face.
You finger reached up to gently wipe red lipstick from the tip of her nose "I'm hoping Noah knows you're using his make up"
Lily, who was slowly learning your ways, considered your words and gave you an approving smile now that she realized that there was no weight to your tone. She nodded softly, pressing her blushed cheek to your palm, happy that you're okay with her nonsense.
"He let me borrow some of the stuff that 'don't match the vibe of the function'" she talked slowly, pronouncing every word slowly to make sure she's saying them correctly, something Tommy taught her.
Unlike the usual you, you pinched her cheek with affection before pushing yourself to sit up "I want to hear from Tommy you and Aiden passed all the tests she had prepared for you two."
