France: Retrieve

The faint sound of the turbine, Victor and Ember woke up a few minutes after i did,
"Rise and shine, guys." I said
"Mh, goodmorning." Ember said
"We're almost landing." I said
"*Yawns, i should've booked our flight at 3am." Victor said
"Why that late?" Ember asked
"Because we would've landed here at nighttime" I answered, "and it would've been easier to go around since no one would notice us."
"True, true." Ember replied
"Sit tight and relax, we're landing." I said as the speed of the plane decreases, slanting, getting ready to land.

2 minutes later..
"Welcome to Colmar, my friends!" Victor said
"So this is Colmar." Ember said
"That's right, let's go." Victor replied
"Where are we headed?" I asked
"Léo's house is close outside the airport." Victor answered
"Pretty small airport." Ember said
"Well it is Colmar" Victor replied, "now let's head to Léo's."

Few minutes later...
We arrived at the doorstep of Léonor's house.
"Here we are!" Victor said
"Why does it feel like all houses are equal?" Ember asked
"Yeah, i never knew the answer to that." I answered
"By the way, anything we should look out for?" Ember asked
"Oh just don't be too freaked out when you see a figure that looks like slender man." Victor answered
"The fuck does that mean?" Ember said
"Léo was always the tallest among the three of us" I answered, "even when we were kids, Léo was tall as fuck."
"Ahh, i see" Ember said, "that wouldn't be a problem for me, Kyle is literally 6'5."
"Haha yeah sure." I said sarcastically
Victor knocked on the door,
"Léo!!" Victor shouted while banging on the door.
Ember and I waited patiently for the door to open, then we heard footsteps coming down the stairs.
"attendez!(Hold on!)" A man from inside yelled
The door opened and revealed a man, and not Léonor.
"Oh bonjour(oh hello there)" the man said, "que puis-je faire pour toi?(What can i do for you?)"
"Léo est à la maison?(Is Léo home?)" Victor asked
"Ah oui oui.(Ah yes yes.)" The man answered
"pouvons-nous le voir?(May we see him?)" I asked
"Um, Léonor! il y a du monde pour te voir!(Um, Léonor! There are people to see you!)" The man shouted, "s'il te plaît, entre.(Please come in.)"
We went inside the house,

"What a nice house you have here." I said
"It is Léonor's house, not mine." The man said
"And who may you be?" I asked
"The name is Arthur, sir." Arthur answered
"Oh please, you don't have to call me 'sir'." I said
"Well i must treat the guests with respect." Arthur replied
"You and I are basically the same age, you don't have to do that" i said, "please, i insist, treat me as a friend."
"Well if you insist, uhh?" Arthur replied
"Call me Lucius." I said
"And my name is Victor." Victor said
"Uhh h-hello, bonjour!" Ember said, "me, Ember."
"And this is Ember." I said
"Nice to meet you all" Arthur replied, "Léonor is now finished showering, please sit as he goes down."
The three of us sat down and waited for Léonor to get ready,
7 minutes later...
"And here goes Léonor." Arthur said as footsteps are heard coming from the stairs, it sounds heavy.
"Léo?" I said
"Yes, my friend, Luci." Léo replied as he revealed himself going down, a 6'11" tall, lean man coming down from upstairs.
"I-is that L-Léonor??" Ember asked
"Yes he is." I answered
"How are you doing, my dear cousin!" Victor greeted
"Hello, Victor!" Léo greeted back, "and of course. Lucius Samael Deanem!!"
"Hello, Canaveri!" I said embracing the tall Léo
"It has been so long!" Léo said
"It has been indeed." I replied
"What have you been up to? How old are you? Where do you live?" Léo asked, "eghh i have so many questions!"
"Don't worry, Léo. I'll answer all of those shortly" I answered, "but right now, i need to tell you something important."
"What is it?" Léo asked
"Do you remember Sho?" I said
"Yes, of course." Léo replied
"*Sigh let's sit down." I said
"Sure sure." Léo replied
"So it all started when had the idea to beat a bunch of thugs in the street, everything started from there." I said
"Okay, okay. And then?" Léo replied
"It was going good, but then one night, Sho went to the house of a family that we saved from thugs. The family was loaded with money and that caught his attention, but the money was never really his reason. His actually reason was bloodlust, evil coming out of Sho." I said
"Oh my, then what happened?" Léo replied
"I found him, in the house, on fire, murdering the family... I fought him, i escaped and left him behind but then the house suddenly exploded." I said
"Did he die?" Léo asked
"No, that bastard escaped. And now, he is trying to hunt down the rest of us." I answered
"How come??" Léo replied
"He wants revenge, and he may also want to capture you. He thinks he can make you side with him, but now i got to you first to tell you the truth." I said
"What truth?" Léo asked
"The truth... Sho is an evil bastard and he is currently the head of the Yakuza in Japan." I answered
"If that is true and he already knows that i'm still alive, he might have sent someone to retrieve me." Léo said
"Maybe" I replied, "that's why we need to get out of here and go back to Tokyo, where we are safe."
"Hmm, i can't do that." Léo said
"Why not??" I asked
"Because i have life here, i have a job." Léo answered
"And what job is that?" I asked
"I'm a baker, a great one." Léo answered
"Don't underestimate yourself, you know you're better than this" I said, "come to us and be our mind, we need you."
"I really want to help, but my life is good here" Léo replied, "i don't want to get into trouble."
"Even if you don't come to us, trouble will find you soon" I said, "you said it yourself that Sho might have sent someone to get you."
"That's true, but i can hold my own" Léo replied, "i'm not the only one who can defend themselves here."

Silence occurred...

"Okay, i understand." I said
"Thank you for understanding." Léo replied
"But, can we stay here for a few days?" I asked, "we just came from the airport and we can't really leave already."
"Sure, that's fine" Léo answered, "you can stay as long as you want."
"Thanks" I said, "and plus, we'll stay and keep guard of you for a few days, just in case."
"Well i'm not as prideful as you are so, help would be great." Léo replied
"Then that's a deal!" I said
"Deal." Léo replied
"But before we leave, we'll need to visit a place." I said
"What place?" Léo asked
"The Library Of A Devil, in which is me." I answered
"You have a library here?" Léo replied
"Indeed i do." I said

Léonor agreed to let us stay here for the meantime.

In Tokyo...
Shinra arriving inside a red car,
"Here we are." Shinra said with a smirk, "destroy their comms, i'll sneak in."
"Yes, sir." The hacker said
"I'm gonna fuck this place up before I leave." Shinra said leaving the car, walking towards the entrance of the Sins HQ...
