Bendy was used to being a little cold. He wasn't a warm-blooded creature and the illusion of living could only make up for his lack of heart so much. But, this...This felt like he had been pushed into a snow bank in Hokkaido. It was dark and every sound was muffled, it was like he'd gone deaf and blind. His head hurt so much...
The demon remembered now. He wasn't at camp anymore but the memories from that day kept cycling in his mind. Bendy couldn't believe the betrayal. Sure, Kinoko and him were no longer friends but for her to help kidnap him was devastating. He would say that she was forced, but she took so much glee from seeing him hurt. At the angle he was at, Bendy could somewhat see her eyes hidden underneath her bangs. Kinoko was staring at the ink dripping from his head with a glint in her eyes that he had never seen once in their entire friendship.
Had she even lost her memories or was this all some masterplan leading up to his kidnapping? Collect all the info on him and then dump him the moment a real plan starts being formed. Can't have him hear something he shouldn't.
Maybe... maybe not... But that wasn't the real concern at hand. Focus, a stupid little betrayal was not his biggest problem. Bendy tried moving but it felt like weights were strung to his limbs.
It was then that a sliver of light appeared. It looked like the same light that would appear under a door. He was in a room and probably not a large one. Muffled footsteps reminded him of why he was here, to begin with. He was an idiot to ignore all the signs.
Suddenly, the lights turned on. His vision was still muddled but at least it wasn't impossible to see. It was like the entire room was turned upside-down; A chair broken in two, multiple broken glass syringes strewed across the floor, an examination table knocked over, fresh and large ink stains, claw marks on the walls. But, most importantly, there was a man covered head to toe in black, including his featureless mask, standing at the door.
"You've calmed down," he began approaching Bendy, "Though, it seems like that specific drug doesn't allow you to fully transform back. Or, maybe you are just unstable. Either way, I will change it to something that might help you more"
The demon tried turning to see what the man was doing, but his head felt too heavy to move. Normally, he'd be able to describe what was happening by noise, but everything sounded the same. Until it didn't.
A warm sensation began overtaking him beginning at his bow. His vision cleared a little and his hearing returned to a normal level. No, it was still muddled. Bendy could normally hear a lot more than this. Was this what normal people heard or would he always be a little deaf? Heh, that may get in the way of his hero career.
Please Lord say that he was gonna get out of here.
The demon's movements came back to him. It was all sluggish, but it was better than nothing. He looked at his hand and tried making something. Anything. But, even a little wooden block quickly turned into a puddle before returning to him.
"You won't be able to use your quirk," the man spoke, "I'm partly administering these drugs since a friend of mine was curious as to how your circumstances of birth might affect your reaction, but it is also in part to prevent you from doing anything. We have to keep you tranquil until your buyer comes"
His what...? It was hard to think. It took a moment to remember the infamous Joey Drew. Bendy didn't care that this guy wasn't the actual monster behind his creation, he's still a terrible person. Or, at the very least, a complete fool for not realizing the consequences of working with villains.
