Chapter 30: Happy Camping!

Online, many people celebrated the end of the semester. Summer vacation was a time for relaxation and fun. Or so Bendy heard.

As his teacher explained what they'd be doing for the next week, it really set in that the demon had never had a full summer break. At least he'd get to enjoy a part of it.

    Aizawa finally finished his speech and let them wait for their bus in peace. As it turns out, Class 1-B would also be coming, though they'd be taking a different bus.

Bendy and Kinoko made eye contact before she boarded the bus. It was hard to tell what emotion she felt since her eyes were covered by hair. It was hard even to tell if she was actually looking at him. But, that moment felt awkward. What the demon wouldn't give to be able to be friends with her again.

"Class A's bus is this way!" Iida called, "Line up in seat order!"

Everyone got on the bus and Aizawa started yet another speech, "Everyone, the bus will stop once in about an hour. After that-", since everyone was talking, nobody heard the man. Well, expect Bendy, probably Jiro, and maybe a couple of others.

Ah, well, he'll have plenty of time to talk when their bus was gonna stop!

Why were they stopped in the middle of nowhere?

No stores, no roads, and much to Mineta's chagrin, no bathrooms. Even class 1-B wasn't here, which meant they'd either stopped somewhere else or weren't gonna be stopping until they got to the camp.

There was, however, a mysterious car. The car doors slammed open, "Hey, Eraser!" a woman's voice called out.

"Long time no see," he bowed.

Two women, both dressed in cat outfits, came to greet him, "Lock on with these sparkling gazes!" the red one said.

"Stingingly cute and catlike!" the blue added.

They both got together and made a pose, "Wild, wild pussycats!"

"These are pro heroes who will be working with us during the camp, the Pussycats"

Like he normally did with new heroes, Izuku eagerly came to explain who they were, "They're a four-person hero team who set up a joint agency! They're a veteran team that specializes in mountain rescues! This year will be their twelfth working-"

The blue one quickly cut off the boy by putting her hand on his face, "I'm 18 at heart!"

While she put him in a headlock in order to punish him for even suggesting she might be her actual age, Aizawa told them to greet the team. Well, half of the team.

The red one was the first to give out any real information, "We own this whole stretch of land here," she pointed far away, "You all will be staying at the foot of the mountain"

Then... "Huh? Why did we stop here?" Uraraka voiced everyone's opinion.

Though Asui seemed to be coming to a realization, "Could this mean...?"

Sato also started realizing, "No way..."

Sero shook his head, "Why don't we get back on the bus, huh? Fast" every student nodded because absolutely no one wanted to face the truth. The horrible truth...
