Anger shot through Jake and Rose as they questioned what the Dublekas did to them while they were asleep. They obviously knew they both were drugged since they had been out of it for a few days. They were asleep though, so they didn't know anything that happened to them in those few days that they were out of it. They both were back in the room with the cyrotubes when they woke up, which made them even more confused. Even though they didn't feel different, look different, or seem different, they just... knew that something was different about them. They knew the Dublekas did something.
"I don't know!" Jake growled. "I know they did something to us! I mean... ugh, it's hopeless. Maybe they didn't do anything at all."
"Then why would they have taken us out of this room, while we were half-asleep, and drugged us?" Rose questioned. Jake sighed and thought for a minute.
"Maybe... I don't know... and I honestly don't care at this point," Jake moaned. "I'm still mad at them though, for... whatever they did." He sat on the tile floor and crossed his arms. Rose sat down next to him.
"Have you ever heard of an... Armageddon?" Rose asked. Jake shook his head. "Well, it means the final battle, like the end of the world. Yeah, the final battle that ends the world. That's what an Armageddon is."
"Are you saying that this Dubleka mission is the Armageddon?" Jake questioned. "And that even if we kill the Dublekas, it will mean ending the world as well?"
"Well... kind of," Rose answered. "This mission against the Dublekas... is like the battle. And depending on the battle, it could save or end the world. If the Dublekas win... then it's the end of the world. But if we win... the world is saved." She paused for a moment, thinking about what she was going to say yet. "We're more like an initiated Armageddon. We are what's going to set off this final battle. Our anger is what's going to set us off to start this final battle for the world. We're the initiation for the Armageddon."
"Huh... I never thought of it that way," Jake commented. He thought for a moment. "No matter who wins, the world will end either way. If the Dublekas win, the world is doomed and over. But if we win, the world will end, but it'll be the bad world that'll end. Then with the bad world gone, a good world will blossom. When we beat the Dublekas, it'll be a new start for the world, because it'll be free from this terrible threat."
"Ha, yeah..." Rose laughed. She closed her eyes and stayed silent. "We're like a director's cut. We've never seen the daylight."
"Obviously, we've seen daylight before," Jake joked. Rose whacked him on the arm while laughing.
"It's symbolism, idiot," Rose laughed, loving his humor deep inside. "Our anger has never seen the daylight, like a director's cut. Like, the cuts that directors make to different scenes aren't in the movies, so nobody ever sees them. That's like us... and our anger. Nobody's ever seen us and our anger because we blend in and hide. We never have actually lashed true anger to the Dublekas, have we?" Jake shook his head.
"But we will... when we are initiated to start the Armageddon," Jake added. Rose smiled and nodded. "Well... before we do that... we kind of have to get out of here first."
That was when the door quickly swung open. All five Dublekas suddenly came into the room, surprising Jake and Rose. Dublekas B and C grabbed Rose while Dublekas A and D grabbed Jake. The leader Dubleka watched in delight as Rose and Jake screamed and struggled to break free of the Dublekas' grasps, only to receive punishment in the form of kicking and punching. The leader Dubleka chuckled as he gestured the Dublekas over to the two cyrotubes.
"Are you putting us in those?!" Jake screamed. The leader Dubleka laughed evilly. He then opened both of the cyrotubes. Jake was forced into one of the tubes while Rose was forced into the other. Then the cyrotubes' doors were quickly sealed. The leader Dubleka then pushed a few buttons on each of them before leaving with his minions.
"Wait a second... these are cyrotubes!" Rose thought. "These are used to... store deceased bodies. But... Jake and I aren't dead! Why would we be put in these?! Oh... if we're not dead... then these machines will slowly kill us. Oh my gosh... we need to find a way out! If not, then... game over."
"Sometimes, we have to know what to sacrifice so that our anger deep inside can initiate the Armageddon," Jake thought. "I had to sacrifice my family... and my friends. Rose and I both had to sacrifice our every day lives. We had to sacrifice a lot of pain and suffering, too. Now, we have to sacrifice being put in these... cyrotubes."
