The Unexpected

THIRTY ONE

The next day has come and I have been working out with Kiera for about a hour now.

''It's disgusting.'' ''It's adorable.''

Kiera glares at me has she jumps up and rubs her forehead.

''You think they'll finally have sex tonight?'' I can already sense her glaring at me.

''Did you finally have sex?'' She furrows her eyebrows as I clear my throat and sit up. ''No.'' ''So please shut up.'' I roll my eyes. I'm almost 17 but I'm not ready yet.

I do a few more sit ups but then suddenly the gym door falls open and Kiera groans. I look at the door and see Noah walking thru.

''Thought I smelled something rotten.'' ''That's your upper lip'' I snicker.

''You're adorable when you're mad Kiera.'' Gag. Noah smirks and walks up to us. ''How's our green bean?'' I glared at him. ''The doctor thinks that I don't know my past, it's a big blockage for my magic.'' ''That sucks. Anyways'' I roll my eyes. Bitch.

Noah turns to Kiera. ''I got a letter for you.'' Me and Kiera both raise our eyebrow. ''Kiera got a letter?''.

Noah pushes the Envelope into Kiera's hands. She turns the letter around to see a red stamp on it with a symbol. She looks shock as I just stand there confused as fuck.

''You seem shocked.'' Noah cocks his eyebrow. ''Bet you haven't seen that symbol in ages huh?'' He smirks. What the actual fuck is going on? I look at the symbol, it has a big H on it and yet I don't know what the fuck it is. Maybe it's a person?

And suddenly Kiera rips the letter to shreds. She shoves the pieces into Noah's hands and just walks off and leans on one of the gym equipments.

Why is it always that I'm practicing with Kiera, he has to show up.

''Who was it from?'' I ask still confused.

''Ha-'' ''Don't.'' Kiera cuts Noah off. ''Don't say his name.'' Huh? oh my fucking god, Hades?! this got more juicy then ever.

Noah sighs. ''Fine whatever, tell Liv to text me whenever you guys are done alright?'' And with that he walks away.

I look at Kiera who's still standing there. I hate it. I hate that Noah always gets under her skin. I know that she seems rude and mean but she's honestly a great friend for me.

I walk up to her and put my hand on her shoulder but she shrugs it off.

''Continue working on your magic.''

She walks away quickly and I'm standing alone in the gym.

Great.

''And then he gave her an envelope with a big red stamp on it, and on the stamp was the letter H. When he tried to say his name Kiera stopped him and she got a fucked up mood after.''

Me and Oli were done with class and decided to tell her about it, in the hopes that she'' know something about it.

''I'll talk to him don't worry.'' ''Great cause training with Kiera while she's in a mood isn't fun.'' 

Oli chuckles. ''Isn't she always in a mood?'' We both start laughing. ''Good point.''

''JOY JOY JOY JOY.'' Me and Oli both turn back to Jake running to us. 

''Oh hi I'm Jake Sollar.'' He holds his hand up for Oli to shake. ''Olivia Furio.'' My eyes widen for just a second but then I remember that the whole school knows now so there's no point in hiding. 

Jake turns back to me as he smiles widely. ''And why the fuck are you so happy?'' He grabs my arm and just shakes it. ''I talked to Kiera today.'' I giggle a little. ''You finally had the balls to talk to her?'' ''Oh shut up''.

Oli raises an eyebrow. ''What is going on.'' ''Oh Jake has a crush on Kiera for some reason.'' Oli looks surprise but then pats Jake on the back. ''Goodluck, you'll need it.'' I laugh softly as she walks away probably heading to Noah. 

''So, tell me about it'' I turned back to Jake who was jumping like a little kid by the way. I never thought Jake, out of all the princes would have a crush on Kiera. Don't get me wrong i think it's sweet but most guys are you know.. afraid of Kiera.

Jake is from the Vale kingdom, known for controlling light and shooting weird laser beams powered up from a crystal and again the only Sollar left. While you have Kiera the strongest living thing on the planet. 

''Well! She had her usual attitude from what you've told me but she did hear me out.. i think'' My mouth turned into a small smile. ''I'm happy for you Jake, you took the first step after like a year'' He scoffed ''Oh shut up everyone is as nervous talking to their crush'' My smile turned into a giggle.

I put me arm around him. ''Fine tell me more once we got something to drink, deal?'' ''Deal!''

SO like i'm alive again? i mean i hope so. Wassup guys my life has been the busiest and craziest ever. Reading back to the previous chapters i get so embarrased by what i wrote and how i wrote it. Who knows this is me waking up from the nightmare which is life.

Hope you all enjoyed this chapter even though it is a short one.
