Chapter 16: Danny

After school one Friday I text everyone to see if they want to meet at the coffee house. The only one who could make it is Danny. I drive over and park my car. I see that Danny already has the coffee at the center of the square. I walk over to him. The last time I stood over here was with Jeydon on our first date.

"Hey stranger. I haven't seen you since the party." Danny says to me.

I smile. "Hey sorry I've been busy with school lately and family stuff. My parents been away and the babysitter couldn't watch the little ones so I had to. My idiot brother couldn't help."

"Aw girl thats too bad. So what's new with you?" Danny asked me with attitude.

We talk for a long while about everything. We also take selfies. Danny is obsessed with them. Later on I go home and Jeydon comes over with a movie and a vinyl record. We both love vinyl records so we play it in my turntable and blast the music. Its the Breakfast Club record. We fall asleep to the music and forget about the movie.

*Danny's P.O.V.*

Tony is the hottest guy on the football team. Too bad he's straight and I'm as gay as a 10.9 earthquake line on the richter scale. Wow I need to stop using earth science to compare to my sexuality. Anyway everyday after school and on the weekends I sit on the bleachers and watch the football team practice. I mainly just stare at Tony's ass. As I was leaving and waiting for my chauffeur to pick me up (my Dad has me have my own limo driver) I see Tony out of the corner of my eye. I really want to go over there and talk to him but I don't know what to say. I never felt nervous like this before. I pretend to be texting.

"Hey you're Danny right?" I hear someone say.

I look at who it is and it's Tony. WTF. How does he know my name? "Hey and yeah I am. You're Tony right?" Of course I know who you are.

"Yeah I am. I've seen you at a couple of our practices and games. Are you a fan?" He asked me.

I try not to blush. "Yeah I love football but I can't play because I have really bad asthma."

"Oh wow that sucks dude. Well we're having a party tonight after the big game. You're welcome to come."

OMG!! I try not to scream. "That sounds like fun. What time is the party?"

He tells me all the details and then he gives me his number. My ride pulls up and as soon as I get in the car I scream and have a little dance party. The driver shakes his head and pulls away. When I get home I find the most perfect outfit to wear for the party. Its a black button up short sleeve shirt with a white bow tie and tan skinny jeans. Also on my feet I'm wearing brown leather dress shoes. I change my earring in my right ear to a diamond stud. I have my right ear pierce and my cartilage pierced with a bar and my nose pierced. Also I have my left side above my upper mouth pierced. I have a tattoo also on my right arm saying "Love is Infinite & Equal". I put on eye liner and leave for the game. I asked Ava and Sabrina to the game since they always go because there's other cute boys on the team they like too. We get food and then sit in the stands.

I cheer, "GO RED LEAFS!" Thats our team name its so original.

I see Tony on the field and I thought I imagined it but he actually waved to me. I wave back. We win the game and then go to the party. While in the limo I feel nervous but try to calm down my nerves with champagne. When we walk into the house I see Tony right away. He sees me and smiles and then walks over to me.

"Hey Danny! I'm glad you could make it. The drinks are over there and the only rule here is to have the most fun ever!" Tony says looking at me.

I laugh. "I'm sure we will have fun right ladies. Aha I'm gonna go get some drinks."

I walk over to the drinks and see that Tony is following me.

He whispers quietly. "Can I talk to you privately outside?"

I nod my head and he leads me to the backyard under these christmas lights. No one else is there.

He takes a deep breath. "Danny...I have a crush on you. I think I'm gay. I really like you. You're the most beautiful guy I've ever seen. My feelings for you are so strong."

I blush and take in what he just said. I can't believe he just said that. "Omg. Tony I really like you too. I lied when I said I love football. I only went to the practices and games so I can see you and cheer you on. I know it may sound like I'm a creep but I'm not. I just have a huge crush on you."

Tony smiles and takes my hand. He kisses me and I kiss him back. It was wonderful and amazing. We make out for a while.

When we stop making out he says while holding my hand, "We can't tell anyone about this. Is it okay if we can be together but not tell anyone yet? My friends would make fun of me and my family is very against gays. I'm so sorry. I really want to be your boyfriend. One day we can tell everyone."

I nod my head in agreement. "Sure Tony. Hopefully your family will change there views. I really want to be your boyfriend too."

We both smile and hold hands for a while. We kiss then go inside separately. I smile the whole rest of the night.
