Chapter 16

Ross's POV:
Abby had been around for over 2 weeks. Trott had calmed down a bit from the nightmares. Smith started to cool down about Abby and I being around each other, we weren't together like everyone thought. Abby didn't want us to be together yet, as Azazel would use us against each other. Abby was just talking to Trott about God knows what, all I knew was that it was extremely funny. "What's so funny," Smith asked me.
"No idea. I was just wondering the same thing."
"So you two aren't like together, together yet."
"Yet."
"Yet," Smith said a bit quieter.
"Mine are bigger they are just on my chest to avoid chaffing," Abby said and I was even more confused about what they were talking about. "Go Abby," Katie gave Abby a high five so she knew what they were talking about. "Aww do you want me to get some ice for that BURN," Abby said and Trott pretended to cry, then laughed. "Strange people," Alex said.
"I wonder where she got that from," I said laughing.
"Shut up you." He punched me in the arm.

Abby's POV:
I asked Lewis, Duncan and Kim about what happened at the zoo. They all said it happened to them but Kim with a red panda, Duncan with an eagle and Lewis with a German Shepard. They all didn't know why it happened it just did. I just decided to ignore it for now and worry about other things. Like Azazel coming back, last time he killed Chris and isn't going to be too happy to see him alive. After Chris and I had our massive laughing session I just went and sat in my room on my laptop. "Knock, knock," Ross said.
"Who's there?" I said being stupid.
"Me."
"Me who."
"Me and you." I glared at him. "You cheesy bugger."
"Why thank you."
"What do you want."
"What I can't hang out with you."
"Hhm nar."
"Aww your mean."
"And you just figured this out." Ross and I laughed. He came and sat beside me after I moved over a little bit. "What are you playing."
"Nothing much just messing around on minecraft."
"Did you build that?" He said pointing to the large structure I had built. It looked remotely like a house but I was going more for just a random structure. "Well Jesus didn't build it," I said being sarcastic. "He might have."
"Yeah I'm sure Jesus is in minecraft and building things for me." Ross laughed and put an arm around me.
"You didn't," I said looking at him.
"I did." He smiled and I just shook my head and leaned into him whilst still playing.

After a while of just sitting around me playing minecraft and Ross making suggestions on what to do I decided something. "Ross."
"Yeah."
"Do you think we are more than just friends now."
"I was starting to think that."
"You know it's more dangerous for us to be together."
"It's still going to be the same if we say we are just friends but do these kind of things."
"I guess so."
"Abby."
"Yeah."
"Will you be my girlfriend."
"Fuck no." I said laughing.
"What!?"
"Don't act so distressed I'm kidding. Yes."
"Oh god you gave me a heart attack there." We both laughed now. "Plz don't scare me like that I thought you had been joking this whole time."
"I'm sawy," I gave Ross a kiss on the cheek and his face lit up brightly. "Aww Wossy is blushing." He covered his cheek, "Shut up." I laughed and closed my laptop and put my head on his chest. "If Azazel ruins this I will personally hunt him down and kick his arse into next year," Ross said looking at me. I laughed but then stopped having a sudden realisation. "Ross do you think the crystals had something to do with this all along."
"What do you mean."
"I got over Jake's death really quickly, something like that it may take someone months to come back from it. Me it took 2 weeks before I'm dating again."
"Maybe they had something to do with it, but it may have also been the fact that we were around each other it just kinda made you forget."
"I guess," I fiddled with my crystal. It was glowing a nice vibrant blue, which meant I was near my soul partner, which I was. I looked at Ross's crystal and it was glowing just as much as mine. We really were meant to be together. This was who I was not a desk job person but an Oderrus who has the soul of Misha's last remaining daughter. Soul partner to Ross Hornby, my brother being Alex Smith and my best friend, Chris Trott. This was my life now and I couldn't change, I wouldn't change it I loved it. It was what I was born into, born for, to defeat Azazel once and for all and if we could get to Lilith we would. It was a risk take on Lilith but if I had the chance to end her I would, maybe it was just Misha's daughter talking but I really did want to kill her once and for all. I closed my eyes and started to fall asleep on Ross's chest.
