Alex's POV:
I woke up in a different room, in a different bed. I realised someone was lying on my chest and I looked to see it was Autumn. I realised we were both naked so something happened last night but I couldn't remember. I remember going to pick her up but nothing afterwards it's like I blacked out completely. I tried to ignore that and just starred at my crystal. Something was different about it, I knew it was dark green but the bottom half of it was a shade of very dark green close to black and it started to worry me. I looked to my side, I could still feel Autumn breathing and she looked peaceful, but something was still wrong. I remember talking to Trott and that I didn't feel the same love for her as what soul partners normally do. I saw she didn't have a crystal around her neck instead it was on the table beside her bed I picked it up and looked at it. It wasn't green but an opal colour, which is the crystal that Amerite's carry around to let the others know they are one of them. I calmly got up making it out like I was just getting up to go to the loo or something and got dressed quietly, I even waited a bit and flushed the loo to make it more believable.

I walked down stairs and into the kitchen picking up a knife hiding behind my shirt just in case she was awake and walked back upstairs. I took another look at her, I hadn't heard of a female Amerite before besides Lilith. Maybe she had sisters or she did have daughters and they were walking among the Oderrus and turning them over to the Amerite's side. I got back into the bed and held the knife as I saw she was waking up. "Morning babe," she said.
"Don't babe me you monster," I spat at her.
"What!?!"
"I know what you are Amerite!" She growled at me and went the throw me against the wall but I was to strong for her and just got down placing the knife to her neck. "Didn't Lilith tell you I was Misha's son and much stronger than any normal Oderrus," I snickered.
"Yes mother told me but she did not believe you were as strong as your sister. How is she by the way a little caught up and dying at the hands of Azazel."
"You bitch." I went to slice her throat but stopped myself, maybe I could get some information on Azazel and how to kill him. "Aww your never going to see your baby sister again," she laughed wickedly.
"Abby said I shouldn't trust you and she was right. Now seeing as your going to die anyway and he can't kill you tell me how to kill Azazel."
"Sorry no can do."
"Why not!"
"Because Azazel is powerful. He was once mothers 5th now he is her new 1st. It will take more than you and 8 others to kill him, he has an army of hundreds."
"Don't you mean me and 9 others," I was fed up and killed her cutting off her head and watching it roll to the floor. I had killed Azazel's minions in a similar way but this time I felt nothing as I chopped her head off. I looked at my crystal and it was green again, it was warning me before, but if it was green as if I was with my soul partner but I wasn't so that could only mean Autumn killed her before we even got to meet and my crystal is waiting for a new partner to appear.

I couldn't be bothered to teleport home I wanted to be alone for a while so I walked back really passed off. Abby had been gone for 4 nights and I don't even know if Ross was back yet, probably not, they had probably been both killed. I kicked stones and silently swore to myself as I walked. I wanted to believe that Abby was alive but I also lost hope and thought she was dead.

I walked into the tree and skipped down the stairs my hands in my pockets and as I reached the lounge room I saw a tall female with short brown hair standing there, she just looked at me. "Abby?" I said in an almost whisper. Had she cut her hair off?
"Hey big brother," she said smiling and I walked up in tears and hugged her.
"I said to not go. You promised."
"I know I did but I just couldn't stay in my room whilst I felt every bit of Ross's torture." I let go of the hug and wiping away the tears. I heard a door open and close and Abby turned around to see who it was, it was Trott. He just stood there mouth wide open and in utter shock. "Your back?" He asked. Abby laughed, "Yes Chris I am." He walked up and gave her a hug crying a little bit. "Wait a minute how long have I been gone for?" I asked thinking it was only a night."2 days. I was gone for three days after Abby and Abby 5 days," Ross said walking out of his room. He stood mid closing his door and just starred at Abby. I saw he started to tear up, more than what I had. Next minute Ross ran into Abby knocking them both to the ground in one big hug. They stood and kissed. "I thought you were gone and never coming back," he cried into her shoulder. I felt my eyes started to water again, they loved each other a lot and I understand why Abby left in the first place. "I was looking for Alex but when I saw him very angrily walk out of a house with a bloody hand I knew he killed Autumn and came back here," Abby said giving Ross one last tight hug and letting go.
"ABBY!" Came a scream and Katie flung herself at Abby giving her a massive hug. "You scared us all half to death. Both you and Alex."
"Yeah sorry about that Autumn turned out to be an Amerite and put under a spell," I said.
"That bitch."
"Well that bitch has no head now." We waited for Duncan, Kim, Lewis and Hannah to come back from a perimeter check before Abby explained anything, that she knew. I looked at her and Ross and smiled. She was sitting in his lap on the ground with his hands wrapped around her waist and head on her shoulder he had his eyes closed like he wanted to cry but they were going to be happy tears. I saw what kind of love they felt for each other and didn't care that she was my little sister anymore, just as long as he didn't hurt her and they were happy together I was happy for them.

The others returned and we're just as happy as the rest of us when they saw Abby. She started to explain that her dreams weren't all false. Azazel did have an army of hundreds and he was going to start the battle in the open field. He planned to kill us all. "So what do we do then?" Lewis asked.
"We don't get singled out either we stay in one big group or a few small ones," Abby suggested. "I say a few small groups easier to watch each other's backs and take out more guys faster that way," Katie said.
"Good idea. Should we have like start groups that we have to try and stay to but if we move its alright. But just to make sure there are an even number each time," Duncan suggested.
"Hat lads and Abby? Me, Lewis, Sjin?" Duncan, Kim and Katie?" Hannah suggested. Trott's face made a small protest as Katie wasn't going to be with him yet all the other partners were. "Trott I will be fine," Katie said calming him.
"Are we all happy with the groups," Abby said. We all nodded. "Alright, get weapons. Even if your not a warrior. Just in case any of us run out of energy. Warriors grab as many weapons as you can carry," I said standing and everyone followed to the armoury. We didn't have much armour but helms and armour suited for our ability. "Abby, Smith?" Duncan said handing us two black helmets and some light leather armour to protect us from magic blasts. "Thank you Duncan," Abby said kindly taking a helm and the armour. She put it on. "You look badass," I said with a laugh.
"And so do you, ready to go into battle brother," she said like a classic war movie person may. "Ready sister," I said also being like a classic war movie person.
"We are going into to battle today, not all may make it out alive. But stay strong and fight if we do not this land, this earth may never have good in it ever again," Abby yelled through out the armoury and cheers came back. "We are defending our lands; lands we set foot on first. But with all good there is evil, but it doesn't have to be in large numbers so let eliminate one more Amerite and let good return to this earth." Louder cheers erupted.
"Then let's fight and win!" We yelled one last time and walked out of the armoury.
