Abby's POV:
I ran over and just picked up the block of dirt and moved it to the side. We helped Chris out of his grave. "How am I alive?" He asked, he lifted his shirt and there was no scar. I looked at where Misha was and he was no longer there. "Father brought you back out," I said.
"Father? I thought he was just a story."
"Come on let's get you cleaned up."
"And food I'm starving."
"And food," I laughed.
We walked back inside helping Chris walk as he was still a bit wobbly on his feet. Katie ran up screaming and hugged Chris tightly. "I guess he said yes then," she said looking at me.
"Yeah he did." Katie then took Chris to the bathroom to get him cleaned up. We stood there for about 10 minutes before I noticed Alex looking at me. "So what are we going to do about the whole us being Misha's children thing," he said.
"Well as long as Azazel or Lilith don't know we should be pretty alright so she doesn't bring the whole cavalry to kill us."
"True."
"Whole cavalry to kill you?" Duncan eavesdropped.
"Here we go, story time kids," Alex said and sat down on the couch. Everyone gathered around even Katie now with Chris eating a sandwich. "You know father right, and how he had 5 kids."
"Stop," Misha appeared behind us yet again. Some people were freaked out by this. "They can only know that you are my children nothing else, the story must stay how it is," he said.
"Wait are you father?" Paul asked.
"Yes."
"Why didn't you come when my family was dying."
"I'm sorry, but I have problems of my own. I cannot save everyone." That was a nicer answer for Paul, Misha just didn't save his family. "I actually have problems of my own if I feel that I can save them and it still look normal I will. I don't do miracles," Misha said to me telepathically. "What is your name?" Duncan asked.
"That I do not wish to say."
"Come on what's so bad about a name seriously."
"My name is Misha." Duncan laughed.
"Laugh it up Duncan but I still control what powers you have and I can take them away very quickly." I laughed this time, but not very loud. "Although I cannot say the same for you two," Misha looked at Ross, "three now."
"Wait what is Ross in all this," Hannah asked.
"Abby has been teaching him Wizardry, he is only supposed to know two abilities not three."
"Then how is he."
"That is something for them to explain as I must go now." He just left and that was it.
"So your like his direct children or something," Kim asked.
"Sort of yes and sort of no. Our souls are his direct children but we are still our parents kids," Alex said.
"And what's the thing with Ross," Hannah asked. We then re-explained what happened in the arena and what we discovered about Ross, that just by my touch he was absorbing my powers. Well not absorbing, more like sharing but it was easy for me to regain.
Alex's POV:
Trott seemed alright but I still kept an eye on him. "Alex Misha said that he found his soul there is no need to watch him 24/7," Abby said putting a hand on my shoulder.
"Sorry I just wanted to make sure."
"Hey it's ok he is your best friend and you saw him die, how weird do you think it will be for Katie. She thought he was dead for good now he is suddenly back and knowing the story but we didn't tell them that Misha found his soul unlike his daughters."
"But he said to say no more, so we kinda can't explain."
"Yeah."
Trott walked over to us, he kinda seemed cheery. Maybe knowing you are magically alive again is enough to make you happy. "Hey guys," he said like really happy.
"Chris do you remember it," Abby asked.
"What getting stabbed in the gut, choked, then getting stabbed in the heart. Yeah I remember, I also remember what it's like to just be a lost soul, literally."
"You do know that we tried to see an option in there. It was either you die and we try the revive by Misha option or it was we say yes and just end up killing you and thousands of other people later."
"Yeah I know, it feels like I can still feel the sword going through me. Like it's haunting me." Abby gave Trott a hug. "Sorry for killing your happiness I just had to ask," Abby said.
"Nar it's alright, I'm not a mental wreck so I guess I'm fine."
"For now," I said so quietly only Abby seemed to hear me. Trott walked away much sadder then before. "Alex how could you say something like that, what if he heard you. He is your best friend."
"I know, he can still remember dying and floating around in hell. He has got to crack sometime and be a mental wreck." Abby just looked at the ground knowing I was right.
