Then we start walking to her car which is located outside at the student parking lot.

We walk in silence my interesting self just observing nature. The environment I'm in. The overall some random outside noises cars driving by. Students walking around from either drinking water or using the restroom.

The light quiet noises in the background kind of grounding me on the way walking to Tiana's car.

Eventually what felt like hours were actually minutes. We made it to her car.

Her car is a Toyota Carolla I mean it's not bad it's pretty good for a first car. But hey it's better than a broken one or something. Atleast she has a car unlike me I constantly have to walk to school with my siblings and me and they should deserve a ride to school so sooner or later in the future I'm going to get a car for us.

I head in and you automatically smell her car freshener. Which smells minty but a hint of something sweet.

"Seems like you like my new air freshener" she says which catches me by surprised.

"Ha I do" I laugh from how she notices things easily.

The drive to her house is short quiet and the vibe being calm. Almost as in those music videos that show the singer looking into the outside window of the car.

As soon as we're in her house her mom is home her mom loves me.

She doesn't say hi and walk to me she RUNS.

"Hey Jasmine oh my gosh how is my other child doing?" She says running to me and give me a hug enthusiastically and in a tone where it shows that she loves and cares for me.

"Hey I'm good and yourself" I manage to say in a low loving daughter tone back to her.

"I'm great thanks honey for asking y'all hungry?" She manages to say to the both of us.

"Mmm sure" I say feeling my stomach grumble a bit.

"Just a bit mom I'm not that hungry" Tiana says. Her mom walks into the kitchen to get the food she'll serve and it smells amazing.

The food that she served us was rice with chicken and pasta. Which smelled so good I love her cooking but not as much as my mom her cooking holds very dearly to my heart.

After she served me first I got my plate and sat down at her dinning table. I had waiting for her to receive her food before I got started eating.

Tiana receives her food and sits next to me to starts eating.

"Mm Mom this tastes amazing". I say and continue stuffing food into my mouth from how good it tastes.

"Aww Thanks honey" she says while putting her hand on her chest making her feel good. While also making me feel good and happy due to complimenting her.

"Of course" I say and nod and keep on eating the food she gave me.

"Unlike Tiana she never compliments my cooking" she says and rolls her eyes with attitude. Which tells that Tiana never compliments her cooking.
