I felt arms wrap around me.
"Stop! Let me go," I yelled as I was pulled back into my house.
These weren't Jane's arms.
"Stop, stop, you need to calm down," Demetri said.
Felix closed the door. "I won," he said, his voice low and quiet. If it were any other person, I wouldn't have been able to hear.
"STOP!!!" I screamed.
"I can't let you go until your calmed down," Jane said moving over. "I can't... we can't risk it."
I gripped onto Demetri's arms with my nails, digging it and hard as I possibly could.
"Izzy... Izzy... stop, you need to calm down. We aren't doing any of this to hurt you," Demetri whispered, "We all like you. We just can't let you on your own,"
"Stop," I yelled, finally I started to pull away.
His arms had a tighter grip when I began to pull "I'm sorry Izzy. I really, really am. I shouldn't have told you any of this. I shouldn't have. This is all my fault... Please, calm down, I can't let you go until you calm down."
"Please, let me go, I'm not going to run... I'm not. I just need five minutes. I regret everything I did. I'm not trying to leave, I'm not... I'm not," I only pulled harder, but I was secure in my place. "I'm not going to run... I promise..." My breath began to speed up. I was going into a panic attack. "Stop, please, stop," I cried. "LET GO!!!" I screamed.
Jane came over placing her hand over my mouth. "Please, look at me, look at me. Calm down please," she said as she slowly released her hand.
I looked at her. Why is she doing this to me? What did I do wrong? What did I do wrong? I asked over and over again.
She wouldn't hurt me.
She wouldn't hurt me.
She wouldn't hurt me.
I continued tell that to myself over and over.
I just don't understand.
"I... I... I just wanted to take a walk. I wouldn't run. Who am I going to tell this about. I'm not stupid enough to tell anyone, especially after I've seen how things end. Jane, you know I have no one... absolutely anyone. You are the only person that is in my life. Why would I leave that? Leave you? Why would you think that? I'm not going to run. I'm not going to run!!! I just want to go on a walk, please, please," I struggled panicking.
Jane stood there for a fraction of a second before I saw Jane nod, "It's okay, let her go, she isn't going to run," Jane said.
"Are you sure?" she Demetri said.
"Yes, let her go," Jane said.
Demetri nodded, Then the arms that were firmly around me loosened and eventually his arms went back to his side.
I just stood there.
"I... I just want to go on a walk, a walk, that is, that's all I want. I need air. I need to be alone for a bit. Please," I plead looking at Jane.
She sighed.
"You promise?" she finally said.
"I promise," I said.
"You promise, promise," she said taking a step towards me.
"I promise, promise," I whispered
She encased her arms around me and pulled me close to her.
