"Hey Mr. Davenport, you came back," I greeted as Mr. Davenport stepped out of the hydra loop.
"What?" Mr. Davenport complained, completely blowing me off' "No fanfare, no party, no applause, no-"
"Mr. Davenport!" Chase yelled from the other side of the commons area, "I think that Adam was the only one who noticed your absence until just now."
"Then why didn't he do anything for me?" Mr. Davenport complained, "I fell so under appreciated!"
"I said 'Hey Mr. Davenport,' what more do you want?" I asked.
"Everyone to notice," he replied, "And a party. With balloons and platters full of food."
"Not the food," Chase interjected, "Plastic surgery can only help your belly so much."
"Well," Mr. Davenport said, "You two are no longer in my will. Bree gets everything."
"Hey, what about me?" Leo asked, just walking by.
"And I didn't insult you at all!" I said.
"Adam, you didn't help my case," Mr. Davenport answered, "And Leo, we need to talk."
"Okay..." Leo said warily as he followed Mr. Davenport.
"Well, this is done," I stated, "And now that it's just you and me, the air feels boring. I'm getting my cold cuts.""Everyone! I have entered the training area!" Mr. Davenport announced as he entered the training area.
"Mr. Davenport!" I scolded, "You're ruining my mojo! I have to instruct Bree's team too! It's dif-icc- not easy!"
"Okay fine," Mr. Davenport responded, "I'll let you go. I just need more attention than I already have! Everyone, I am leaving the training area!"
There was a collective cheer.A couple minutes later, Bree sped into the training area.
"Thanks for watching my group," she said, "Skylar had called last minute because she needed lessons on how to flirt."
"Then why did she call you?" I asked.
"Very funny," she replied, "Students! Five minute break then meet back here!"
"One question," I said.
"What, why did I teach Skylar how to flirt but I don't have a boyfriend?" she guessed.
"That too," I confirmed, "But you know that metal thing around Mr. Davenport's finger that he got when he married Tasha?"
"His wedding ring?"
"Yeah, that."
"What about it?"
"Why wasn't he wearing it."
Bree, who had just taken a drink out of her water bottle, did a spit take.
"What?" she asked, "They really followed through, didn't they."
"Follow through with what?" I inquired.
Bree proceeded to show me a video on her ePhone of Tasha demanding a divorce.
"And that's why you get all the money," I said.
Bree raised her eyebrows.
"Don't ask," I said flatly.
"We should tell Leo," Bree said, "Come on!"
Bree grabbed my arm and super sped us around the whole island, then back to the training area.
"I didn't see him anywhere!" Bree stated, her voice rising in panic.
"Are you sure," I asked, doing my best to stay calm, "You were going really fast. What if you slowed down?"
"Good idea," Bree said, and sped off.
When she got back, she asked, "Did I just call your idea good?"
"Yep," I confirmed, "Did you see Leo?"
"No, and I only went 100," Bree reported, "Adam, where is he?" Tears welled up in her eyes.
"Where's who?" asked Mr. Davenport, walking in.
"Leo," Bree sobbed, "I had to tell him something but I couldn't find him anywhere and-"
Bree's sobbing rendered her speech incomprehensible. Mr. Davenport provided a blank look.
"We needed to tell something to Leo but Bree can't find him," I translated.
"Oh, Leo's out... hanging out... with... um... Tasha," Mr. Davenport stuttered, "Leo is out hanging out with Tasha."
"Since when does Leo hang out with Tasha?" I asked.
"Since... well..." Mr. Davenport started.
"SINCE YOU DIVORCED HER!!" Bree interjected, grabbing me and hauling me to the hydra loop (wait- she hauled me?).
"We'll find you Leo," Bree whispered, a tear running down her cheek.
"I promise."

July 26, 2015I'm feeling that this is my biggest chapter so far.
What do you think will become of Bree's promise to Leo?
Okay, now my author's note is getting depressing 😖.
However, I am planning a huge chapter for when this whole mess is over (and after we resolve an earlier issue). Get excited!
Thank you for reading my story, it means a ton!
Enjoy
