My alarm clock went off at 5:00. I woke up groggily, then remembered what day it was.
"Oh my God oh my God oh my God its finally here!" I squealed, jumping up and down.
Fern, Garrett, and I raced downstairs to the Christmas tree.
"Open this first," Garrett said, handing fern and I a box from him and Douglas. When we opened it, we found.......
A box.
A glass box with a little electrical wiring and a whole lot of letdown.
"What is this?" Fern asked in disgust.
"Douglas and I figured that the key to us being able to get bionics my lie in honing our abilities to our current strengths," Garrett explained, "So, this box will calculate the best abilities for us."
"Wow," Fern and I breathed. Scratch out the letdown.
"Ready for this" Garrett asked. We nodded excitedly. He turned it on.

Yo peeps!First of all, Merry Christmas for all those who celebrate it! I really hope you had an awesome day filled with whatever you do.
Secondly, I am currently generating a list of the abilities that Fern, Garrett, and Heather will (or won't, I mean, there's always that possibility that the bionics will fail and the world will explode, yet somehow leaving that fateful button...)
I hope to have that published by tomorrow.Thirdly, I am also writing a crossover chapter with my other (ill-ly updated) story, After Giselle. I'm really happy with how it's turning out, and am also having fun writing a little New Year's Resolution chapter.
Finally, sorry for the short chapter and the long Author's Note.
Please vote, comment, share, follow (hint- pretty much free follows) and have a great last week of 2015!
