Chapter 16: Violetta's view

Violetta's POV

Things have started to get a bit better, I think. Leon's stopped with the whole self-blaming thing and we've both agreed we'll try again soon, however everything's not so perfect. Leon's still acting a lit edgy and I believe him when he says not about the miscarriage but then why. I'm meeting the girls today so I'll ask them if they know anything. Fran's bringing Evie (Evelyn) I started seeing her again for the first time since you know when last week and Isla to. I was harder than I thought but I'm learning to deal with it by clinging on to the hope that me and Leon can try again soon. Isla's coming over to sleep tomorrow night which will be interesting since I haven't actually held her yet but I insisted as its Angie and Dad's 2nd anniversary and I want them to be able to do something nice.

Time skip to her meeting the girls

I've just arrived to meet them and as usual I'm the first. I walk in the café and find a big table to sit at that will fit us all just then Fran came in.

Fran: Hey Vilu.

Vilu: Hi Fran and hello Evie

I say the last part in a baby voice (you know what I mean). Then Fran's phone rung and it was her agent.

Fran: (on the phone) hang on a minute. (Talking to Vilu) I just need to take this outside will you hold her for me... oh sorry I didn't think I can take her it's fine.

Vilu: No, it's fine

I said hopefully with a reassuring face as inside I was as nervous as anyting inside. I took her so trying not to drop her as my hands were shaking I so hope this isn't for long. Not too long later Ludmi joined me and I quickly handed Evelyn to her.

Ludmi: Are you alright you look pale and your hands are shaking.

She said it as she took my hands in hers.

Vilu: I'm fine honestly.

Ludmi: Could you have had some sort of panic attack.

Vilu: I don't know but please don't tell Fran.

Ludmi: I won't but how you gonna cope with Isla tonight?

Vilu: I don't know I just will okay.

Ludmi: If you're sure.

Then everyone else came and Fran came back.

Vilu: What was that about?

Fran: Well my manager's got me a recording contract to record my first album.

Girls: That's amazing.

Fran: Yeah anyway how's you and Leon, Vilu?

Vilu: Good I think he's over the whole sel-blame thing but he's still acting I don't know... weird. Don't suppose you know anything about it.

Then they all looked at each other as if they didn't know what to say.

Naty: Nooo, but I'm sure it's something good.

Cami: Yeah we're sure.

Ludmi: Just trust us okay.

Vilu: Alright I know you guys know something but I trust you.

What the hell is Leon planning?
