Chapter 32: Preparation for Ludmi's big day

Ludmilla's POV

This is it. The days finally arrived for us to make that final big commitment. I have no doubts about this whole thing we are so ready and in a couple more months we will be even more complete with our little one here as well. Our own family. My bump is just about starting to show which I never thought I'd say I was happy about people were beginning to doubt whether there was a baby in there as I was still looking so normal but I've my scan to prove to them there is lol. My thoughts were disturbed as someone burst through my door no surprise who though...

Vilu: It's today it's today it's today.
Ludmi: I know do you really think I could forget.
Vilu: Okay no need to be so sarcastic.
Ludmi: Sorry I'm just so excited.
She smiled at me.
Vilu: I can't believe how far we've come from been these young lovebirds fighting all over each other and the guys to now been sisters and both marrying the guys we were always set with.
Ludmi: I know it's crazy but you don't doubt it do you?
Vilu: Of course not you?
Ludmi: No I can't wait to get married.
Vilu: Exactly so you better get up so we can start getting ready it's going to be a long day.
Ludmi: I know I don't know how I'm going to get everything done in time and I hope I last the whole day without getting too tired I'm already noticing how much more tired I'm getting thanks to this one.
I say as I point down to my stomach and begin to get out of bed.

We all meet in the living room we're all at Angie and German's house whilst the boys are at our house we just had a quiet night last night seen as I can't drink anyways however I did allow them to have one drink as a toast after Evie and Isla had gone to bed. That's right it only seemed right that they stayed here seen as we have to get them ready this morning for today anyway and they didn't really have anywhere else to stay we most definitely did not trust them to stay with the boys in the state they will be lol.

Ludmi: We all ready to start getting ready then.
Vilu: We're still waiting for Fran.
Ludmi: What's she messing with we're going to run out of time at this rate if we don't start soon.
Naty: Calm down Ludmi we've still got plenty of time and she's just sorting out Evie she has to be fed and dressed and changed etc you'll understand soon.

I sat there a bit taken back at Naty's response she's right that will be me soon it means it will take twice as long to get ready for things as it won't just be me to take care of but the baby as well.

Ludmi: You're right. I'm sorry about that.
Cami: We understand obviously you're stressing about today it's your big day. You just want everything this to be perfect.
Ludmi: Thank you...
I was interrupted as Fran appears at the top of the stairs with Evie in her arms.

Fran: I'm so sorry to keep everyone waiting Lumilla but this little one here decided she wanted to fight me doing her hair I haven't even attempted to dress her yet with the mood she's in.
Ludmi: Don't worry you didn't have to bother with anything special, however it does look gorgeous.
Fran walks downstairs and puts Evie in the playpen with Isla before sitting down on the sofa closest to it next to Angie.

Fran: I swear she's hitting terrible twos early.
Vilu: Surely not my little god daughters a angel.
Vilu replies as she she walks over and takes Evie out and opens the gate for to Isla to come out as well.
Fran: Well you can have her whenever you want Vilu at the moment me and Diego need a rest.
Vilu: Happily.
Ludmi: Anyway back to the task shall we start doing hair and makeup.
They all agreed and got to it.

Time skip to the after party.

The wedding couldn't have been more perfect Fede looked gorgeous in his tux and it's been lovely to see all his family again as I've only met them a handful of times as they all live over in Italy and most importantly my dad is here which is a rare occurrence in itself. There is one persons absence who's been on my mind in particular all day and that's my mothers. I know I haven't invited her I wanted today to be trouble free and I knew with her here that couldn't be possible. I got a notification in the post a couple of months ago that she had been released from prison but decided to keep it to myself and after debating with myself whether to even contact her I took the brave decision not to make the first move and surprisingly I'd heard nothing from her either so I guess that's how things are from now on and to be honest I'm at my happiest point in my life now that she isn't involved so I'm not even bothered. We've just been going around people socialising and having general chit chat most people mentioning and asking about the baby meaning that the talk generally flowed quite easily.

Fede: What do you say it's time we got everyone's attention and have the first dance before you start to tire.
Ludmi: Sounds perfect.

Fede picked up his glass and a spoon and gently tapped the two together to get everyone's attention.

Fede: I just would like everyone's attention for the moment please. Thank you to everyone who has come to be part of our perfect big day today and if you wouldn't mind clearing the floor I'd like to take this moment to take my lady Mrs Paccini to have our first married dance.

He took my hand and guided me to the centre of the floor before putting his arms around my waist and taking me into his embrace. He nodded in the DJs direction before our chose song began to play (mi princessa acoustic version) and we slowly danced around the room him singing every word straight into my eyes. As the song stopped he kissed me as if no one else was in the room and in the distance I could hear the cheers of our friends and family. As we separated I said the first thing that popped into my head with the biggest smile on my face.

Ludmi: So here's where our new life starts.

So second chapter today we'll technically I wrote the one before yesterday but didn't upload it till this morning but yeah who cares.
