Chapter 31: A quiet night in

Leon's POV

I was just sat on the sofa watching some TV when Violetta returned with a huge grin on her face on her face. I guess dress shopping must have gone well.

Leon: You look happy.
Vilu: Oh Leon I am today was perfect I had so much fun it may have took me like 20 attempts but it all worked out fine.
Leon: So you found a dress?
Vilu: Yes silly!
Leon: Sorry anyway I'm glad you and the girls had fun and how was Ludmilla.
Vilu: Yeah she was good she stressed out a bit to start but once she saw 'the' dress she was happy.
Leon: Let me guess sparkles, glitter, sequins, the lot.
Vilu: You got it. Anyway what's your plans for tonight.
Leon: I thought we could order a takeaway and just snuggle and watch movies till we fall asleep. I thought you'd be tired from today.
Vilu: Sound perfect! As long as that takeaways pizza. You know me so well Leon.
Leon: Of course I do princess that's why we're getting married, because I love you with all my heart; also that's why I already know you order so one double pepperoni with extra cheese and of course a cheesy garlic bread is about to be ordered.

Vilu just laughed as I left the room to phone the takeaway to order the pizza.

Vilu's POV

This is why I have no doubts I'm marrying the right man. He knows so much about me and he actually notes everything I say to him and remembers it. To be honest he probably knows more about me than anyone else even my father. He's so sweet and just wants to take care of me in every little way. Nothing I ever ask of him is too big nor too small and that's how I believe love  shows and assured you you are with the right people/person in your life. On that note it is also what tells me that Leon will be a great father, a great family man and I just wish that that could come sooner rather than later. I'm not desperate like before; like the counselling is going really well and i understand it will happen when it's meant to happen but at the same time it's getting harder. Our baby would have been due any time and to think that that dream would've been coming true if it wasn't for that one stupid event breaks my heart but I'm staying strong. I am. And anyway I've got mine and ludmi's weddings to keep my mind focused on and then it's a new life I suppose yeah. I was awoken from my thoughts by the sound of Leon's feet reentering the room. He sat back on the couch next to me and I jumped out of my skin in shock I guess my mind still wasn't with real time.

Leon: You alright there you looked as if you were on a different planet.
Vilu: (laughed) Yeah I was just thinking.
I gave him a quick smile then looked down to my knees.
Leon: What you been thinking about.
Vilu: Just stuff.
Leon: Really? Nothing bothering you?
Vilu: No No I was just actually thinking if you must know how perfect you are...
Leon: Well I can't disagree there but seriously what else.
I laughed once more before looking at him with a puzzling look.
Vilu: Okay also how we would have been having our baby anytime and don't get me wrong I'm not desperate anymore and the counselling is going really well and I've learnt to cope but you can't help but thinking can you.
He pulled me closer to him and turner my head to face his.
Leon: You listen to me you've be so amazing through all this and of course it hasn't been easy but we've got through it and now we're getting married but do you honestly think that I've not had the same thoughts. Of course I have and it is difficult and that baby no matter how small and young it was was ours and will always and will always have a place in our hearts but as you say were moving forward and for sure as soon as you know it I'm sure we will be starting our own family together.

I returned the smile which had snook upon his face and reacted in the only way I felt was appropriate by carefully placing my lips on his and it didn't take long before he also returned my action. The kiss deepened and perhaps became rougher however it still remained full of emotion and only ended upon a ring of the door bell and unfortunately we instantly separated.

Leon: I suppose I better get that. (He said with a small chuckle which I returned)
Vilu: Yeah go get that pizza I'm starving lol

He left the room shortly returning with the boxes and then left again to get some drinks then we cosied up on the sofa for the rest of the night watching a few films before I dozed off in his arms thinking one simple thought. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life like this with this guy.

So I'm not expecting many people to actually read this chapter and onwards seen as it's took me I think 18 months to update I'm so sorry. But if anyone feels like they would like to reread and then finish reading this book as I'm hoping to finish it in the next couple of days then it would mean the world to me. It is mine and my friends news years resolutions lol to finish our books haha.
