I couldn't stop thinking about Harry and it was driving me crazy that I couldn't tell my best friend! Sidney has been hounding me for the past five days as to why I'm spacing out and randomly smiling. The only answer I can give her is that it's nothing, that something happened at work but I can't talk about it. That just seems to annoy her more. Makes it harder since we live with her, so she sees me all the time. She is a songwriter so she works from home. She says she knows some pretty famous people, although she won't tell me who. We have been friends for five years now and she's always mentioning meeting someone famous or having a famous friend, she's told me a few of them but she keeps some a secret for some strange reason. She says it's a privacy thing. I don't get it but I don't push her.

The only person I can talk to is my beautiful daughter, Chloe. We are at the park right now, enjoying the first day of my four day weekend. It's Thursday morning so there isn't a lot of people at the park, which is nice, we can actually get a swing.

"You should have seen him Chloe. He was the cutest boy," I tell her, pushing her on the swing, she just smiled and giggled the whole time. She was world and I couldn't imagine life without her. She also loves One Direction just as much as I do, probably because I listen to them non stop.

"He had the prettiest green eyes and the cutest dimple, just like you!" I say, poking the one dimple on her left cheek. She laughs at me again, kicking her feet. She is such a joy to watch grow and learn. She's so smart and so curious. I feel awful that she doesn't have a father figure in her life. I know I shouldn't, since I'm not the one who made him leave, but I can't help but feel a little guilty that she won't ever have a relationship like the one I have with my father.

I continued to push her on the swing as she giggled away. My phone started blaring Stockholm Syndrome. I grabbed it from my back pocket and saw it was Sidney.

"Hey!" I say into the phone, giving Chloe another small push.

Hey girlie! I was thinking, I have some friends, who I haven't seen in awhile, who are in town, and I wanted to throw a little party since there are some friends of mine who haven't seen them as well. I know you have Chloe so it's not going to be a huge event, maybe 20 people. Hardly any drinking. Plus some of the people coming, you know Mark and Diana, they have a little girl not much older than Chloe that will be coming. I just wanted to run it by you first before I set anything up. I know how you don't like huge parties.

"Do I know these friends you haven't seen in awhile?" I ask her, wondering why she's being all weird. She usually explains more about stuff like this.

You do but I can't tell you because I want it to be a surprise! Believe me, you will freak when you see who it is! Pretty please!!

I pull my phone from my ear when she started whining through the phone. I couldn't help but smile. I loved how my best friend got so animated with things she was excited about.

"Fine, just not a lot of people. When did you plan on having this party?" I tell her, pulling the phone away when she started screaming.

Only twenty people I swear, and some kids! I was thinking about throwing it tomorrow night, you have it off so I thought it would be a good time. Is that okay?

"That's fine. Need me to do anything?" I ask her, knowing full well that she probably already has everything taken care of.

Nope! Everything is all planned, just need to give the okay's. I was thinking of maybe making it a semi formal event. What do you think? You should go get a cute dress! Or we can, where are you, I can meet you somewhere?
