Hazel

I slept better last night than I have in the past week and I had Harry to thank for that. Just him being here with me and supporting me was enough to set my mind at ease. Also his toe-curling skills in the bedroom was a big help as well. I smiled at the memory of last night, how he was so attentive and followed my pace and kept it slow. As much as I wanted to speed things up, I wanted, no, needed to take things slower, to feel everything. Harry's touch has a way of making you feel everything, yet nothing at all.  You feel his finger tips lightly brushing your skin, his lips causing a shot a pleasure straight to your core, the feel of his teeth nipping at your skin making you squeeze your legs together because it's too much. Yet each touch, each kiss, makes you forget about everything. About how a relationship you once had meant absolutely nothing, how the heartbreaking realization of your ex having another family nearly crushes you, it all becomes nothing, just a small blimp on the radar.

I hear Harry's signature raspy voice coming from down the hall and I couldn't help but smile, listening to him sing to Chloe.  I sneak out of my room and stand next to the door way, making sure Harry couldn't see me.

"I was stumbling, looking in the dark
With an empty heart
But you say you feel the same
Could we ever be enough?
Baby we could be enough

And it's alright
Calling out for somebody to hold tonight
When you're lost, you'll find a way
I'll be your light
You'll never feel like you're alone
I'll make this feel like home."

It sounded amazing but I didn't recognize the song and after racking my brain for a minute I realize that it must be one of his new songs. I bet he wouldn't be singing it if he knew I was listening in.  I would have stayed hidden to for the whole song if Sidney didn't ruin it.

"Good morning Hazel!" Sidney sings as she shuts her door, rather loudly. I scowl at her and two seconds later Harry pops his head out of Chloe's room, narrowing his eyes at me, smirking and shaking his head at me.

"Morning Sid," I roll my eyes, and she just laughs, knowing full well she blew my cover. She waves at Harry and heads towards the kitchen.

"How long were you standing there?" Harry asks, raising his brow at me.

"I had just walked out," I said, trying to act innocent.

"How long?" He asks again, eyeing me skeptically.

I tried.

So rather than admit to how long I was standing there I decided to question him about the song.

"So, new song huh? Sounds good," I smile sweetly as I move around him into Chloe's room.  I hear him let out a small chuckle.

"Yes and thank you. I suppose I should feel upset that you were spying on me and listening to some top secret material but since we will be dropping the song here in a few weeks, I can't be too upset," he smirks, placing his hands on my waist, his front pressed against my back. He bent his head down and placed a kiss on my shoulder. I small, a content sigh leaving my lips. I was so unbelievably lucky to have found someone who completes me the way Harry does. I love his goofy side and the ridiculous jokes he tells and I love his serious side, his professional side. He was everything I was looking for, everything I needed.

"Well, if it's top secret material," I say, making air quotes, "then you shouldn't be singing it where I can hear. And I don't even know why you have to keep it all a secret from me anyways. Do the others keep your new songs from their girlfriends?" The thought suddenly popping in my head. I wonder if Liam's girlfriend was able to hear their new album before it came out.
