Rachel~ "What are you doing here?"

?~ "Aww baby, not excited to see me? I mean it has been about a year now."

Rachel~ "I thought you were in jail?"

?~ "Correction, sweetheart I was in jail. I got out for good behavior."

Rachel~ "Brody, what do you want from me?"

Brody~ "Simple, you. I have always wanted you."

Rachel~ "You had me, then you lost me and now it is too late."

Brody~ "Don't you believe in second chances or that people can change?"

Rachel~ "Sure, but I don't believe in cheating."

Brody~ "You cheated on me with Finn."

Rachel~ "I never did! I told you that!"

Brody~ "Whatever you say sweetheart. Speaking of Finn, how is he?"

Rachel stays silent.

Brody~ "You know it really hurt me that you moved on so quickly. And now look at you two fighting about another guy."

Rachel~ "How did you know about that?"

Brody~ "Oh please I played that Jesse kid 50$ to flirt with you."

Rachel~ "How could you?!"

Brody~ "I had to get you alone somehow."

Rachel~ "Why?"

Brody~ "Because now that I am out of jail I want you back. I know Finn wpuld never let that happen and you wouldn't come voluntarily, so I came up with a proposition for you. Break up with Hudson and be with me."

Rachel~ "Why on Earth would I do that?"

Brody~ "Remember at the party last year I had a gun, I still have that gun and if you don't break his heart I won't show mercy on him this time."

Rachel~ "You will get caught!"

Brody~ "I will make it look like an accident."

Rachel starts to cry.

Brody~ "You have until tomorrow to break up with him. You won't mention our encounter to anyone. After you have broken his heart, meet me at my old apartment. If you tell anyone, well lets just say I remember where Finn lives." He smirks. "Am I clear?"

Rachel~ "Yes."

Brody~ "So we have a deal?" He holds his hand out.

Rachel looks into his eyes, nods her head and then shakes his hand.
