Korn walked through the door to the entrance that the guard on duty opened for him. The moment he did and the people in cages saw him voices filled the room. All of them are telling him thank you for coming to rescue them.

"Korn" Disco's voice said through all the voices. An arm shot out of the cage bars and Korn immediately went to it and took his hand in both hands. It was definitely Disco's hand. He saw that Disco had a chain around his wrists. He knew that the chain was to block Disco from transforming into his dragon form.

"Are you hurt?" He asked.

"Not really, a few bumps and bruises." Disco said.

"I'm going to get you all out of here."

"I overheard the guards talking and they say that the king is going to have me executed." Disco said panicking.

"He will not unless he wants to start a war."

"Just get me out of here." He said.

Inside the castle...

"I don't know what to do." Tharn said. "If I release them we will most likely lose the trade support and it could turn into a huge problem for the townspeople since they won't be able to do business. If I don't release them and kill his best friend, then not only do I lose Korn forever but I also start a war with the dragons that we only have a forty-five percent chance of winning."

"Can we not get the nobles to see that by killing one of Korn's people it could start an even bigger problem?" Type asked.

"The outcome would be the same. They think that the dragons should give pretty much all their land to the crown and throw away the treaty. They think that the dragons have too much power and will overthrow me if I don't show them who is in charge."

"Tell those bastards off and say that there has always been peace between the dragons and the crown. Tell them that they started this by coming to us saying that they needed more land when they didn't."

"They will still pull their trade support and our people will be in danger of losing everything. If we have to force them to trade then it could lead to a rebellion." Tharn said as he began to slowly pace back and forth.

"So which do we choose?" Type asked.

"I have no idea."

Fifteen minutes later...

Korn waited in the courtyard for Disco and the rest of his people. His guards were posted around the courtyard ready to move if he said the word. What the heck was taking so long? The doors to the dungeon opened and he sighed in relief when he saw his people coming out. He was curious why they still had their chains on and it was answered when Disco appeared and was moved over to the gallows.

"What are you doing?" He asked the guard escorting Disco.

"King's orders" he said freaking Disco out.

"Korn!!" Disco said as tears filled his eyes.

"No, I will not allow this!!" he said before trying to step forward. He couldn't move his feet. This was definitely the doing of a witch.

"Guards stop them." He said looking over to see they had the same problem as him. He started to panic and looked up at Disco who was crying.

"I'm sorry, Korn" Tharn's voice said from the entrance of the courtyard. The bastard actually had the balls to look sad.

"Tharn, don't do this." He begged.

"I don't want to, but I can't allow for the rest of my people to suffer." He said before he gave the guard the go-ahead.
